“I love the products but wish we had the option to buy a refill for the 4L cleaning product. I only just threw the plastic bottle away that worked quite well. Had I known it is no longer available I would have kept it to refill it. I understand the sustainability side of things but the box I received was broken. I had to stick it together and is not as practical to use.”

“I have been using Koh for several years now and wouldn’t be without it. It is amazing for so many things and quick and easy to use on a multitude of surfaces. I keep a spray and a cloth in the bathrooms, kitchen, utility room and even in the car. I also have three floor mops and grout brushes. Every time I clean my oven I’m still amazed that something that looks like plain water with no chemical smell can give such good results. Brilliant stuff!”

“We have purchased Koh for a while now and I have found the quality has changed over time, it might be the recipe, the cleaner just is not what it used to be. I also just purchased some more diamond scrubbers, why did you make them so thin now??”

“KOH is the most amazing cleaning product I have EVER used! I am nearly 70 years old and have used MANY cleaning products in my life! The products including the mop, diamond sponges etc are well designed and effective. Throw every other product under your sink in the bin!! KOH is better!!!”

“Love the dish washer tablets. Doesn’t leave a squeak on the plates. Grey water safe and a great price. Does the best job of all the ones I’ve tried, I won’t use any others.”

“Ordered the Dish & Surface Refill Bundle. The refill box came rather damaged. Contacted Koh just to alert to the issue and mentioned that it wouldn't impact the use of it, was just in case you had a 'chucker' in your packing team to be aware of. Cust Service sent entire new replacement, though I advised it wasn't necessary. That's unexpectedly good service.”
