“This was my third time ordering from koh. I was very disappointed in poor customer service . The order arrived two weeks after I placed the order despite the website telling me to expect delivery in 5 working days . When I rang I was told they were short of stock and it would arrive in 2/3 working days which it did not. Rang again no apology just same excuse. When my order did eventually arrive 14 days from placing order it was delivered to wrong address and delivery site on courier site said left in safe place as advised by customer which I had not told them I was ok for them to do. So I am left as an unhappy customer reconsidering making any more orders of koh.”

“Oh my goodness how good is this product? Major house cleanup and out required when vacating so used this product for the first time (on a friend's recommendation) and stuff that hadn't shifted in years with other products just disappeared. Even the oven spruced up to almost new shine and the range hood lost grease that had been lingering for longer than I care to remember. it is easy and safe to use, great value for money and delighted with the result.”

“I was very happy when I received my Koh bundle. The Mop is amazing I just love it as I had no streaking on my tiles and doesn't take ages to dry. The koh cleaner itself is great to use and it hadn't got nasty chemical either.”
