“A terrible experience this time. I placed an order on 13/11 and received notification on 15/11 that the order had shipped. It's now 5 weeks later, I've chased Koh up 4 times and have received two generic responses. Very disappointing!”

“Koh lost my first order. Australia Post didn’t receive it. Koh kept saying thank you for your patience. They eventually conceded it wasn’t in transit. I asked for a free mop, they declined, they could have at least offered me some sort of product for the time it’s taken. It is in transit now. I won’t be recommending Koh to anyone, even if the product is good.”

“What a bundle!! I bought this fabulous bundle for my niece moving into a new house. The house is sparkling from top to bottom. All of the products got a workout and have worked their magic. I highly recommend Koh… the only product you need Thankyou”

“I really like this product but feel it's not as good as when it first came out. I have been really under impressed with the customer service regarding two broken bottles that they weren't willing to replace. I put it in my own spray bottle now.”

“Really good product, but I was disappointed that I could only order one refill carton at a time given the shipping costs as it does not last that long. The fragrance oil can leave the spray bottle a little discoloured.”

“Have used Universal cleaner for some time and love it. Just started using the dishwashing liquid - OMG! The sprayer is sensational - eats away at grease in no time and leaves everything feeling and looking super clean! Will not be using anything else from now on! About to start to use the laundry liquid - stay tuned!”
