“I have to be Koh's most disappointed customer, I received a dodgy product and was given a discount code that NEVER worked. Despite reaching out for help, the situation has never been resolved satisfactorily, even though I have proposed a simple solution, I received zero response from Koh. I don't know what's going on at Koh - I believe they normally are much better but right now I am bitterly disappointed with the absence of communication from Koh. Come on team, it's time to lift your game!”

It would appear our last communication with you was in Feburary where we have asked for you to send us your order number so we could refund the amount that you would have used from your voucher but have heard nothing since - Sean A

“I ordered some Koh products for my elderly neighbour on a Friday and was amazed that it was delivered the following Monday. So quick The universal cleaner I used to clean her grout on floor tiles in the hallway and kitchen. The grout is now white again. No excessive force was used and the large job was completed within an hour using the specialised grout brush as well. My neighbour was amazed at how clean her 12-year-old tile floors are now”

“My daughter & a good friend recommended Koh. I’d been very frustrated with the water marks & smudges left on my stone bench tops. I decided to order the full kit, including mop & now I’m using it everywhere. It cleans my stone benches beautifully & I’m delighted to have one product that works so well throughout the house. 🌹”
