“The product and cloths are excellent. The diamond black diamond sponge is very poor and I have bought another spray mop but still the spray is poor and therefore wastes product. As better sponge would be appreciated for pans etc. I still think the liquid cleaner is great.”

“would be higher except I am not able to purchase glass cleaning cloths individually. I have asked and been told they must be purchased in a pack only. I have a lot of glass panels and the glass cloth I have gets soaked and is then less effective.”

“I think the weak point is the mop! Great concept but the weakness is in the top of the handle, where it takes a lot of pressure when cleaning a floor. As a single item it is very expensive to replace.”

“I find the Koh cleaner great. Love the mop and microfibre cloths as well as the diamond sponges. The mop bottle can be difficult to get off ass are the atomiser tops. The loo tablets don’t seem to do much. The grout cleaner is sturdy and does a good job. I wish the white microfibre cloths were available on their own”

“Have enjoyed trialling the laundry washing liquid It does a great job of cleaning my clothes but there is no scent at all and I have to admit that I’d préfèr a slight perfume. Perhaps Koh could consider issuing a seperate version with some kind of scent - natural or otherwise, so that people have a choice. Fully understand the argument for and against scent, but there should be a choice. I’d buy this again otherwise.”

“I gave 4 out of 5 stars because the grout cleaning brush is too small to use on a large tiled area. I wish you would make a brush with a handle attached in order to prevent kneeling on the hard tiles. It would make the job of cleaning them easier. My friends also said their tiled areas are too large for the little grout brush. However, I’m impressed with the other Koh cleaning products.”
