I'm still a little embarrassed when every once in awhile a co-worker sees me blowing into my necklace lol, but over all I'm happy.
It looks great, I maybe don't use it as much as I should but it does give me a break from smoking often (chain smoker just about) l like that I can use it inside in environments that smoking is not allowed in.
At first I was sometimes using it just in justification for how much it costs but overall I'm very happy that when my lungs hurt & I truly feel like giving up the smokes I actually have something to calm me down still, I don't regret it at all & I'm pretty sure if I stopped being such a baby I could easily use this to quit smoking for good.

“I loved the idea of the cuff Komuso. Unfortunately, it was much too tight. I wore it all day to see if I could get used to it. No, it dug into my skin and left quite the indentation. BUMMER. So, I am in the process of exchanging it for a shift necklace. I have no doubt I will love it.
I think that perhaps placing the cuff measurement may help others when purchasing. It accommodates wrists up to 7"
