I really love the items you carry and been shopping there frequently, however takes to long for the order to process and ship out. Other companies usually takes one to two business days to process but your company take to long, like week or sometimes even longer. It be really nice if you can process faster it already takes long once shipped so it be nice if the order processes faster.

However, please note that when your order is placed, your order has to be fulfilled by the brands that sold your products. This part can take 1-10 days generally depending on the brand. This is why we show estimated ship-out date during checkout so our customers can have estimated expectation. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any other concerns.

I paid for expedited shipping only so that it could take the company 4 days from accepting my order to shipping it. I don't hold KOODING responsible for the shipping time, but why would customers bother to pay for faster shipping if you can't process orders in a timely manner? The product itself is fine.

Once we receive your product in our warehouse, your order is shipped immediately with the shipping method customer paid. Ordered a double coat in the “charcoal” color. There was also an option for “dark gray” which was advertised on the website to be the darker of the two, resembling actual charcoal. I desired the light gray looking product, therefore selected “charcoal” as advertised. I expected to receive the lighter gray product. However, when the product arrived, it was in the darker gray color that resembled charcoal. Very disappointed about the misleading information. See pictures attached. Other than that issue, coat arrived very quickly and fits well.

Quality of clothes much lower than expected. Sizing also wrong on several items, particularly shoes.
