I got the product finally but it was very late, the tracking number just said that USPS never received it for the 2.5 weeks I was checking. When I contacted Kooding both by email and phone they’re only response was “we received your inquiry and we’ll get back to you” and they NEVER got back to me. I finally reported it to PayPal to get my money back and 2 days later the package showed up in my mail box.

The picture and description indicate a top and skirt but only the blouse arrived. I paid for express delivery and it arrived late.

This company made all the shirts to one size universal size. Therefore, if you dont have asian small body, this would not fit you. If you are wearing US large, their one size shirt would fit you tight. Also, material is much finer than as it looks in picture. I was little disappointed…. (Sweater or

I ordered a VERY expensive brush that I cannot return. For a hair brush that is $160, it should not smell of glue and have hairs falling out. After two weeks it still smells and every time I clean it there is glue that comes off like mozzarela cheese. Yuck. This should be returnable as I will not use it.

I’m very disappointed with my 1st purchase. It was one size with no returns and it didn’t even fit me at all. More petite small size. My other clothing came and they fortunately did fit me. But quality was not good on dresses. Shirts ok.

For my first time using KOODING. I made an order on January 27th , I've never received an email from you saying that you received my order. I felt strange, I thought that it was a fake website. I tried to contact you, you have no customer service phone number or chat. I sent you an email, of course, no one get back to me, finally, I found your Messenger, I sent you a message still no one get back to me. Finally, I received my item on February 28th, I'm thankful that I received my item however the communication was really terrible

I ordered a pair of earring cuff, but when they came in, there was only one earring. I did love the pair of finger rings that I bought, though, which is why I gave this site 2 stars instead of just 1. One last problem is that when I tried signing back into the site, it kept telling me that my email or password was wrong. I don't know what the issue was.
