“Takes to long to get the product. Some clothes look good some clothes does not match with how it looks on the model. Maybe the lighting is better in the picture. Email questions takes to long.”

“Shipping cost should be bearned by kooding after a certain amount. Example $100, $200 etc Out of stock item should be automatically updated.”

“It was very expensive to have the clothes shipped to Switzerland. Too bad because the clothes were perfect and I would like to order more but the shipping costs and taxes are really excessive!”

“My wife is 5’6” and weighs 128 lbs and it’s difficult to obtain clothing that fits properly. When there is an out if stock situation on an item it can take weeks before being notified. Some items come from China rather than Korea that I don’t care for.”

It looks like in your case, the specific item was back ordered but later turned out to be out of stock. We will forward your feedback to the brand and related departments. Please note that all our clothing items are shipped from Korea, directly sourced from the brands. Most items are made in Korea but some manufacturing process may take place in other countries including China. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any other concerns.

“The items are nice. You guys are good with responding to emails but items take way too long to receive. Some item took me one month until I got it. Also products out of stock should be updated on the website. So many times I ordered got charged and told it was out of stock.”
