“The clothes are pretty but takes forever to get the products also a-lot of the item you order is out of stock. You guys should update the website more often to not put it up if product is not in stock.”

“Shipping is very costly just to get week-of, and when I ordered with week-of shipping, I got it on the very last day of arrival time, and the estimate was wrong, it came 2 days later than that. I didn’t get it in time for a trip that I needed it for, which sucked, but I can’t complain because it did come within the time, just the very last day of it. So id say just expect your purchase to come at the latest date it states and you’ll be good. Over-all experience with this store is ok.”

“Love the products though most of the items are larger than what I exactly wear. However, the shipping sucks, I’ve waited like a whole week after it showed being shipped until it actually showed detailed info.”

Your package was on their lot for several days before they could process your package. We understand how frustrating is when packages take long to deliver, but we'd like to let you know that this was out of our control as USPS was already in possession of the package. “Glad there is an easy way to shop Korean traditional clothes. Delivery is fine and the process of payment etc were all fine. Just knowing that it is shipped from Korea, it makes hard to think about even returning it when the product does not quite fit what I expected. Maybe clearly indicating something like "free return" or so might help customers feel easy in returning. Hope the quality of the fabric of the skirts was better(looks very cheap). Also, maybe having models for different ages can help in predicting how the clothes would look like when I wear them. The models are all pretty, thin, and young, making me think I would look like them when I wear those, but the reality is I don't wear those full make-up, am not thin anymore nor young.”
