Ordered a Ukulele with a bag and a tuner on the 9/7 for my daughters birthday. When I ordered the items all were shown as in stock. Received bag and tuner on the 20/7 but turns out Ukulele was not in stock in Perth but had instead been sent from Billy Hyde Music in MELBOURNE. Consequentially, my daughters birthday was a couple of days ago and we still have not seen the Ukulele and today is the 27/7. Really disappointing, had I known the Ukulele had to come from over east and not out of Perth I would never have ordered from Kosmic.

I’d tried to phone Kosmic sound about a missing order but couldn’t do so. I was told that I would get a call back from an automation but this never happened.

Bought a Roland keyboard in Dec 2019 for $1200. Was told delivery would be delayed due to no stock. In Feb, followed up and told there were delays because of Covid. Waited and waited. Tried to call but phones were disconnected. Found out you had gone out of business. You took my $1200 immediately but failed to deliver the product. So upset. Can’t believe you are back in business after stealing from customers.

I purchased a Native Instruments product that was apparently listed at the incorrect price. The advertised price SHOULD have been honoured but instead a refund was issued and a short email explaining the mistake. No offer of a discount or anything effort to secure my business. Disappointing but certainly not surprising given Kosmic's track record.

We bought a keyboard more than 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't been delivered. Your website said 24 hours. Then we got a message saying 5-7 business days. It's been 9 business days now and still not a word.

Terrible shipping method still not here "after over 2 weeks" item #268806 is so small could have been sent AUs post easier. I will never use Kosmic sound online again! This delay cannot be blamed on Covid19 just very bad courier shipping, makes me wonder if its coming from oversees and not actually in stock as advertised.

I haven’t received my package and it’s been well over a week. In fact according to the tracking it hasn’t even left Melbourne. I understand there is delays but I have had 0 communication. Rather poor customer service has left me wishing I didn’t order it at all

Pathetic service culminating in lies from start to woeful finish, the only good thing I could say is my refund was prompt once I intimated the ACCC would be alerted to their deceptive practices if I wasn't refunded promptly.
