“My experience today! - I’ve Been in the Perth music scene for 35+ years and played guitar for 45. Since my early teens I was always a loyal Kosmic customer (sill got my - one off the first KIP cards on the studio wall) Last 10 years has been average from them buying most of my gear elsewhere due to in store salespeople approach and prices far better online and at other local stores. ‘It’s a simple thing’ but today may have changed my opinion of Kosmic and likely to start using them again. Today I had a couple of hours to kill and since I am in the market for a new fender amp and tried two usual stores that unfortunately didn’t have what I was looking for and Kosmic did, I manned up, swallowed my pride and went to check out some amps! I was randomly approached but a fellow named Simmo who very quickly displayed genuine good characteristics and was extremely helpful with knowledgeable advice on Fender amps and offered some other suggestions that were new to me. To say the least, it was refreshing to meet him today and I’m sure others would have the same view, ask for him if your instore! Keep up the positive nature Simmo - you are an asset and I hope you are valued at Kosmic as much as your worth was to me. “The verification process (small amount deposited in account) often takes 2 - 3 days to show up, which is irritating. And no, I don’t want to phone my bank, waiting on the line and pressing numbers. Otherwise everything is fine.”

“Shopping was easy. The delivery was actually by Fastway. Our guy (Stoneville, WA) is useless and unhelpful. He left the guitar leaning against a tree stump just inside the gate, in a cardboard box, despite my best efforts to shut my dogs in. I have a history of trouble with this guy. For my last delivery, after I had asked to get an email giving me a 3-4 hour window for delivery, I got NO notification at all. Again the packages were dropped over the fence at the gate. We live on 5 acres and could not see them.”

“I had to inform Kosmic of a faulty item received. Maria kindly phoned me on two occasions to advice me how to return this item. I am currently waiting for this item to be collected and replaced. So will provide more feedback once this transaction has been concluded”

“I bought an amp to be delivered to the Perth store. When I unpacked it at home in the box it was very messy inside, polystyrene in impossible places, but worst: the power cable twisted the exposed tubes/valves. Extremely dusty. Clearly a demo model that had been on the shelves for a long time. I protested and had next day call back from store manager Boris, who was very apologetic, the shipment came from another capital city and he gave me a 50$ store credit. So, think amicably solved. Thanks Boris.”
