“Very disappointed that a longtime WA.company outsources their website to a company in the Philippines. The website is unreliable and poorly maintained. And when there was an issue I contacted the store in Perth and they didn't even know the names of the people who take care of all the infantry that goes through the website. Unfortunately they have lost my business”

“Paid for an item that was marked on sale or price drop. Listing was taken down so I can't check that. Recieved all the usual confirmation emails, including the expected delivery time frame and payment recieved. Next thing they cancelled the order, claiming the price was a mistake and their system had automatically cancelled the order. Big waste of time ordering from them. Now have to wait for the refund process to be completed.”

“I am sorry this is a negative comment but hopefully constructive. I am from Perth, I made an online order for a guitar pedal on the 30th November, my bank account was immediately charged for the purchase and I had a message that the pedal was picked up from your Melbourne store and was on the way. To date, I haven’t received anything, no updates and when I went on the shipping tracker email link, it comes up as “oops, page is not available”. I called the Kosmic online dept thrice and was told “the pedal is definitely in the Perth depot and I will receive an updated email and the pedal will reach me soon”. To date, nothing has come and I have NOT received the promised email confirmation from your Kosmic online team (As promised). I am really disappointed with my experience. Mark”

“Kosmics part was great but you chose Couriers Please to deliver the goods. I have not had a good experience with them EVER and they have delayed delivery for this transaction too. Their service is so bad, I will rethink doing business with Kosmic next time. Seriously, contract with any other courier or you will lose business IMO.”

“I have not received my order and it has been over 12 working days. I was told I'd receive it within 7-10 and have not even received any updates. This is just ridiculous”

“Kosmic uses Aramex for online purchase courier. Aramex is worst courier ever. Supose to receive delivery on 12/05/21, its 19/05/21 and parcel not delivered. Will never buy Kosmisc again. MegaMusic Perth delivered in 3 days to Mount Barker WA.”

“Some of the staff can be very helpful. Others can be quite rude. Doesn't stock nearly enough of anything and most of the time when I go to get something they are out.”

“Product was advertised as online in the Perth store. When I placed the order I was contacted to be told that the product was in stock in Sydney and that delivery would be delayed to 14 business days. Disappointing that the online store does not clarify this. Full refund was issued quickly and without fuss which was fantastic but unfortunately I had to order from another Perth store.”

“When I ordered the item, it said it's in stock. 7 days later I got an email stating its not in stock, so I said I can take the item that is in stock, It's almost a month since I purchased the item, I haven't had it delivered yet, I live in the same city as the warehouse.”

“Ordered and paid for a Vox Pedal on 3 December 2020 and still haven't got my order. Been told several times it's somewhere with the courier company. December 22nd - Went to the shop and finally got an answer .... they don't know where it is and don't believe it will be here by Christmas. Merry Christmas”

“Hi there, The online purchase was simple, but delivery was delayed and delayed. Despite explicit instructions included for delivery, the driver claimed he could not locate our office. We did not recieve the goods until after they were requried and an extensive period after delivery. It was incredibly frustrating.”

“Won't price match other suppliers if the item is on back order at the other supplier. Tried to buy a synth they had in stock, but they wouldn't budge on price. Approached StoreDJ and they were happy to price match the supplier that had the lower price even though that supplier had no stock.”

“I ordered the Rode SC7 3.5mm TRS to TRRS Jack Patch Cable, 15 days ago from my LOCAL store in Perth as it was urgent, its been 15 days since I placed my order and still NOT arrived, I had to go out and buy another one from a local supplier, I have bought from Kosmic in the past and received very fast delivery as it came from my local store in Perth, I didn’t receive a notification to say it wasn’t coming locally, very disappointed.”
