“Sometimes they have great products, however, recently some staff are not very helpful or sincerely interested to help you. For example, if you like to set up your guitar neck or change your guitar strings, there will be only one or two members willing to help. Others are not really interested. In addition, their website is not working properly, you cannot even type your shipping address (it displays HTML code). When you try to purchase something they will be a minimum level of assistance even though there are several of them idle or not busy. Two years ago (the time when they re-open,) it was much better. Why do they employ some incompetent people? Why they are so lazy and ignorant?”

“3 . while i like having more secure check out , the whole deposit money onto customer account then have them reply is annoying . Maybe there is a more secure faster method than this . Kosmic is the only online shop i have seen do this bar Paypal when initializing a new account”

“Hi there, Speaker works well, however I did receive an EU plug rather than an Australian adapter, was this a packing error? Am I able to get the Australian plug instead as I don't have english adapters.... I purchased the same product a few months ago and received an Australian plug.”

“The product I wanted said “available in-store” and will be sent the next day. This however was not the case as I quickly received an email saying that it had to be shipped from the eastern states and would take up to 2 weeks. If I knew this was the case I would not have purchased the item. I think there needs to be a clearer indication of what is available in-store and ready deliver.”

“The product of course is great, but I was surprised to find items aren't dispatched from the shop and disappointed that it took so long for the item to be dispatched. Also a bit disappointed that I got very little update communication until I sent a concerned email. Then I got too many. However, I've been shopping at Kosmic since the shop was on Albany Hwy and have always like doing business. Thank you.”

“Ordered with plenty of notice- two weeks later told the item I ordered was out of stock and yes it was replaced with a different guitar but not a ‘pack’ which is what I was after as it was a gift for a beginner. Not 100% happy, but it’s okay.”

“The strings were fine, I just thought the postage was a little expensive considering they were just one pack of strings delivered within the same suburb. Was aware of that up front though so no problem, just sticking to the social distancing otherwise I would have come in and picked them up.”
