Delays caused by online stock availability and inventory issues plus the inability for customer service to leave a phone message to discuss delayed order being processed.

I can’t go higher than 2 since you’re still advertising next day delivery!! Knowing that you won’t be able to deliver in 8 weeks time (or more in my case…) I understand your point in regards with delivery but I can’t accept that this was just delivery issue, you need a proper and honest system that actually works.

Recently I ordered 3 guitar stands. One of the stand has a knob missing. Kosmic should not send it out when a knob is missing. I am too lazy to send it back. Please send me a knob

The item is not yet delivered. I understand there is delay in deliveries during lockdown. But I placed my order and I still have no information on ETA.

The online staff sent me so many conflicting emails about where my order was. Way too difficult to purchase online.

only ordered online because of the 24 hr shipping as due to lockdown wouldve theoretically arrived before i had a chance to go to the physical store. even after meeting all the criteria ended up not being delivered in 24 hours then due to it being before a weekend ended up not arriving till monday. may as well have just waited a day for lockdown to end and gone to physical store. normally pretty good and can understand it was probably the courier’s fault was just frustrating wasting 3 days.

I ordered a three-pack of acoustic strings and only got a one-pack. Two more were sent to me when I advised Kosmic of this error. I wasn’t home that day and they were left at Karrinyup shops which is inconvenient for me to go to. The local post office would have been better. I ordered online to avoid using my time and energy going to the store. Having to go to Karrinyup defeated this purpose.

The delivery of the amplifier I ordered online is now well overdue. I understand the situation in Victoria hasn’t helped, but things should be well and truly back to normal now. The courier service hasn’t communicated with us for a while on any updates. I had to give you a poor rating based on this delivery issue. Regards Grant

Ordered and paid for the goods on 30/12/20. The courier picked it up 31/12/20 and it then sat in the couriers warehouse for two (2) weeks. I rang Maria (I think that was her name) on Thursday 14th to find out what had happened to my order. This lady sorted it out, and rang me back that afternoon. I received the goods today at 2.30pm Friday 15/01/21. I picked a Western Australian company rather than an Eastern States company thinking I'd support a local company. I'm not to sure I'd do that again after the long delay in getting a guitar strap and a setof strings. I'm not going to tell you how to suck eggs but you need to improve your service as there are a lot of retailers out there all competing for our dollars. regards Bruce

I ordered the guitar strap my niece has been pining for on the 9th December. I was picked up on the 10th and here we are the 24th, Christmas Eve and no guitar strap to give for Christmas tomorrow. Have had no further contact after telling me it was picked up. First experience with Kosmic and likely to be the last. It is up to the seller to ensure the company they are using for deliveries are doing their job effectively!

Headlines "Kosmic Sound gets handed a lifeline" - you'd think they will up the ante in its customer service ... NOT !! Guess they can be arrogant because they they have the monoploy (yes even during these difficult times). The previous crew were much better although most of them are no longer there leaving the arrogant ones behind. Pity used to be my favourite store of my family.

Kosmic is great- absolutely great service and prices. Only problem is ordering online! Been waiting weeks for my order! I would suggest not partnering with the online warehouse in Melbourne.

Kosmic, in its new incarnation, have chosen the slowest courier on earth, Fastway. If an item has to come from east coast, fastway take longer than anyone else to deliver. If I had known that Kosmic used Fastwayprior to placing my order online, I would not have bothered!

Whilst the ordering process was efficient, I placed two orders to be delivered to my father for his birthday. I live in NSW and thought that buying local would be good to get it to my father in Perth. He is still yet to receive one of the orders as it's coming from VIC. It is disappointing in the length of time it has taken to get to him. Nice to hear and see Kosmic up and running, but don't advertise that you are based in Osborne Park of your product is coming from VIC.
