“i didn't realise that the store wasn't in perth which if i knew this i would have probably gone into the store rather than online and as such i thought 10 days was a rather lengthy time to deliver my items, when i saw that they were coming from melbourne i realised that the time frames were reasonable i recieved my products in 10 days and am happy with what i have got and also very happy with the feed back responce time when i emailed questions. all in all i may not shop online again but will shop with Kosmic.”

“Hi, The only problem I had was with the tracking app, thingy, whatever it is. Every time I tried to use it - at least half a dozen times, on different days - it didn't work. It returned to the same screen as before, with no change.”

“A good website, now that I understand you have two stores. When I placed my order I specifically went for in store pick up because it said it would be about a 4 hours wait. It was only after I paid that it said the amp was coming from Melbourne. Better clarity on this would have been good because I felt really disappointed and let down. After this, email communication was good, although the final email that said the amp had arrived in WA was confusing as it was unclear whether I could pick it up or not. In store staff were great.”

“Easy to use website, very good interface. Item arrived on time and in good order. Only criticism I have would be - add a filter option to your site that allows customers to filter out items that are not instock”
