“Kosmic uses Aramex for online purchase courier. Aramex is worst courier ever. Supose to receive delivery on 12/05/21, its 19/05/21 and parcel not delivered. Will never buy Kosmisc again. MegaMusic Perth delivered in 3 days to Mount Barker WA.”

“I was really struggling to find a decent Mic set up for my DJ gear and today, with the help of Spencer, I am now fully fired to go! So helpful and very knowledgeable. I also got to chat with Jez about my band gear and was blown away by his help, such a lovely fella and well worth the visit, we will be back for more soon and completely recommend Kosmic as the go to place.”

“I had to inform Kosmic of a faulty item received. Maria kindly phoned me on two occasions to advice me how to return this item. I am currently waiting for this item to be collected and replaced. So will provide more feedback once this transaction has been concluded”
