“Superb and economically sensible repair of an old but valuable and sentimentally important soft leather briefcase which was in tatty condition and starting to fall apart. Delivered with an exceptionally pleasant smile too! Highly recommended.”

“A wheel of my much-used,10 year old Samsonite suitcase had disintegrated. KPA obtained the exact parts required and replaced all four wheels wheels in next to no time. An excellent job and the case is now fir for a further 10 years hard work at a fraction of the price of buying a new one. Highly recommended!”

“We recently got a Tripp travel bag refitted with wheels as the wheels had their rubber covering damaged. KPA is actually very busy as you can tell when you walk in. Yet they fitted us in tnad our bag repaired within a few days and it was ready when we went to pick it up. That alone is a plus, We haven't used the bags in anger after the wheels were fitted as the wheels broke on our way home after holiday. They seems a bit stiff but working. Hence the good. I would rate entire experience very good though. The shop owner was friendly and helpful. Not the normal grumpy people you get in most shops in this country. I recommend the shop.”

“The plastic casing for my car key was badly damaged, and after asking around a few places including Volvo, a friend sent me KPA repairs details. KPA was very helpful and knowledgeable. Within 40mins he managed to remove the damaged casing, shaped up the key and transferred it into a new case and my key was as good as new, he checked to make sure it all worked fine. I was very happy with the service and his price was very reasonable compared to others. Thank you.”

“I had a very good suitcase originally bought from a shop in Harrow in 2011, but both locks of which had broken. The original shop were sympathetic but couldn't help, and I despaired of ever getting the case mended till I went to KPA Shoe Repairs and Services of Northwood. They fixed the case perfectly, which is now as good as new, and I am both very relieved and very pleased.”

“I had never gone to a cobbler before but my dress shoes clearly needed to be res-soled and this shop has amazing reviews so I decided to try it out. I'm 100% satisfied with this place. First off Ajit, the owner, is extremely polite and knowledgable on shoes. He explained in detail all the different options I had as far as repairing my shoes went (half sole, full sole, etc). As someone who knows nothing about shoe repair I really appreciated this. I ended up getting the full sole/heel replacement with re-corking, and a had the shoes fully cleaned. Greg used leather on the soles and replaced the heel. When I picked them up they looked amazing. I would recommend this place for any guy who wants his dress shoes repaired or professionally cleaned. He threw new laces on for free too which was really cool. Mr Hamish Castiglione”

“My motorcycle bag zip had completely come away from the bag itself and I thought it was unrepairable. It is quite an expensive motorcycle bag that was given to me as a Christmas present. I took it into KPA Repairs and they had it fixed by the next day and looked brand new! Amazing customer service from both the man and the lady who works here.”

“I just wanted to say a great big thank you to K.P.A. for the great work they did on repairing my broken Samsonite cases and my Church's shoes. The shop is a godsend as the pair conduct some of the best repairs in the country. They are professional, efficient and polite, which is a rarity in this day and age. I have been going to them for years and I shall continue to do so. If you have a broken suitcase or need your shoes repaired don't go anywhere else but here.”
