“After fighting with Samsonite for many weeks, it was a pleasure to find KPA Repairs when Samsonite refused to assist me. Ajit was extremely helpful and provided prompt advice and service. I am really pleased with the way the suitcases were fixed, especially as one required quite a creative fix! The cost was extremely reasonable too. I would definitely recommend the service here.”

“After searching the Internet for a suitcase repair shop, I found this shop in Northwood which I took my suitcase and my lovely Channel handbag to, to be fixed, I was very pleased - great servcie at a resonable price, a job well done, I would recomend them.”

“Amazing amazing amazing place and people. I've been going KPA shoes for almost two years now. From leather bags to leather shoes- they do it all. I've taken a few branded bags for polishing and they've done a really good job. I had bought a pair of knee high boots- I had t realised how tight they were on my calfs- I went straight into KPA and they were able to fix the boots wishing a week that too without causing any damage to the actual boots! I'm so delighted and grateful! I've been wearing the boots ever since!!! So pleased that I found this place. I can trust them with all my leather goods! I went yday as well to repair another pair of shoes! They're service is quick, efficient and they take good care of every small detail! This is the perfect place of you need to polish, repair and loosen tight shoes!!”

“Repaired the runner on the zip of my leather handbag for £15. I had been quoted £70 by other companies ! So, good diagnosis of the problem, effective and quick repair for a very reasonable price. Friendly and helpful service. Worth knowing about even though outside normal shopping range.”

“A wheel of my much-used,10 year old Samsonite suitcase had disintegrated. KPA obtained the exact parts required and replaced all four wheels wheels in next to no time. An excellent job and the case is now fir for a further 10 years hard work at a fraction of the price of buying a new one. Highly recommended!”

“We recently got a Tripp travel bag refitted with wheels as the wheels had their rubber covering damaged. KPA is actually very busy as you can tell when you walk in. Yet they fitted us in tnad our bag repaired within a few days and it was ready when we went to pick it up. That alone is a plus, We haven't used the bags in anger after the wheels were fitted as the wheels broke on our way home after holiday. They seems a bit stiff but working. Hence the good. I would rate entire experience very good though. The shop owner was friendly and helpful. Not the normal grumpy people you get in most shops in this country. I recommend the shop.”

“The plastic casing for my car key was badly damaged, and after asking around a few places including Volvo, a friend sent me KPA repairs details. KPA was very helpful and knowledgeable. Within 40mins he managed to remove the damaged casing, shaped up the key and transferred it into a new case and my key was as good as new, he checked to make sure it all worked fine. I was very happy with the service and his price was very reasonable compared to others. Thank you.”

“I had a very good suitcase originally bought from a shop in Harrow in 2011, but both locks of which had broken. The original shop were sympathetic but couldn't help, and I despaired of ever getting the case mended till I went to KPA Shoe Repairs and Services of Northwood. They fixed the case perfectly, which is now as good as new, and I am both very relieved and very pleased.”
