“Had two old treasured Brics suitcases repaired (zips, new feet and rivets). This model isn't made anymore but is the perfect size and shape for our travel needs, so we were delighted that KPA could fix them for us. Brilliant job - well done.”

“They have managed to fix my Samsonite cases. I had been told by Samsonite repairs that one of my cases was unrepairable even not replaceable under warranty, I was not happy about it but KPA repaired it! :) I had searched for spare wheels everywhere for ages... my case is still like new and Samsonite spares aren't available anymore for old suitcases... KPA made new wheels for my case, Very impressed! Excellent job done! You have Flight crew new clients. Thanks!”

“Brought in my leather handbag with a shabby looking shoulder strap. The bag is more than 10 years old and will now, thanks to his handy work, last at least another ten years. Very impressed! Amazing quality for the price! Would definitely recommend it.”

“Very pleased indeed with the repair to my lovely Ralph Lauren handbag. The handles on the bag had become so badly worn and looked so scruffy that i stopped using it. KPA did a brilliant job replacing the handles and the bag looks like new again! Thank you so much. :)”

“I recommend KPA without hesitation. My briefcase had a broken lock and had gone back to the Prada factory only to return after three weeks, with Prada stating that they couldn't get the parts anymore. KPA were able to source parts and deliver a professional repair quickly. The communications from KPA were excellent and I was exceptionally pleased with all aspect of their service.”

“I was running around London looking for a place to get my suitcase wheel repaired and had tried one place that said they couldn't do it after doing a google search I came across kpa phoned them and was there withing 20minutes it was so easy to find and the business owners are so friendly and the prices very very reasonable .I'm So happy with the job as it's my favourite suitcase and seems a shame to throw it out. I highly recommend kpa for anyone looking to get repairs and will definitely be coming back again if needs be”

“Repairs carried out to the handles of two cabin size suitcases. Work done neatly, effectively and satisfactorily. I waited to write a review after using the suitcases as checked in baggage on long haul flights. The repairs held well!”

“I recently used the services of KPA for both vehicle Key cutting and programming, plus a requirement for fitting zips to a pair of expensive boots. I can honestly say that the service and workmanship was excellent, together with competitive pricing and customer care. I would highly recommend this company. Posted : 2nd February 2016.”

“KPA Shoe Repairs was the 4th cobbler I contacted to have the shafts of knee length boots narrowed. They were the 1st who said come by, show it to us but probably we can do it. They did do it and the boots now fit perfectly after being taken in by 2.5 inch. I can only recommend KPA. Friendly and best of all they know their stuff!!!”

“Until a few years ago I trudged into Watford for shoe repairs and then someone mentioned KPA. I couldn't be happier with their service and quality of work, and even better they don't just repair shoes but are just as knowledgeable on bags and leather goods. They have quite a nice range of bags for sale as well. I don't live in Northwood but will happily make the journey to be assured of a friendly professional service. This is exactly the sort of family business it's worth supporting!”

“KPA Repairs was friendly, quick and reasonably priced. One of the straps on my Michael Kors bag broke in a way that I originally thought was beyond repair. KPA took a look and a few days later the strap was fixed and as good as new. I definitely recommend their services and will go to them first for any future repair needs. Many Thanks!”

“Thank you for the excellent repair carried out on my wife's favourite (and very very expensive!) travel bag. The repair was to a broken handle and it was so well done it was impossible to tell which handle had been repaired.”
