“I have yet to receive this order after placing it several weeks ago. I have been asked to review an order still pending shipment. The phone number isn’t “available” for follow up. Inexcusable!”
“I never received my order from March 2024. I have contacted you 5 times and only received one response saying give it a few more days to see if order shows up. It still has not arrived 3 weeks later and I have been charged. 70103 order #. I’m angry that no one has reached out to me and that you have my money and I do not have the bracelets. Hopefully someone will see this review and do the right thing and send me my order or refund my money.”

“The braclets I received last week are too small. I have written an email asking for the larger size, which I originally ordered. I received the 6.5" bracelets. So far no response. I would like to exchange what I purchased.
This is not an inexpesive purchase. I wish someone would respond to me.

“I think I was given the wrong order. My invoice/ receipt is correct but that’s not what was enclosed. Ordered 3/7.5 4mm and 1/6.5 4mm. I received only three bracelets, 2/6.5 2mm and 1/6.5 4mm. Please send me info to correct this. Thanks”
