“It’s a one star because I hate when you get sent a request for a review and STILL haven’t received your order… my tracking number that was sent in the email didn’t work. I contacted the company and they quickly responded with a new number and I am suppose to receive my order next week. It’ll be just over 2 weeks to receive my package if it arrives on time. I will update my review once I actually get my order.”
“The products from Kyler Mack are very nice. The customer service people need to have better training as they will argue and place all blame on the customers even when presented with proof of purchase orders. And tell you that that was not the order when they send whatever they choose.
As much as I love the jewelry I will never buy another piece from such a company or recommend them to others.the order below was not what I received. Instead of a 4 mm bracelet I was sent two 2 mm.”
“I can't review the bracelets as they have not arrived, they have been in transit since February 14th. Apparently still in Chicago distribution has been there since February 22nd. You can’t call anyone at Kylar Mack, and they do not answer emails. I would give zero stars if i could Nothing worse than a dealing with online companies that don't supply a phone number. Zero customer service.”
“I don’t know why I’m getting this when I haven’t even received my order. Not to mention im kind of confused why my order was being sent from the east coast and it’s currently tracking in Hawaii and I live in Wisconsin.”
“Braclets were sent to incorrect address. I can not seem to get anyone to send me new brackets. I notified you of the error as well us calling USPS with tracking info howver braclets still delivered. I am requestin replacement sent to correct address please”
“The bracelets I received looked like cheap dollar store items. I definitely was screwed for the amount paid with that online purchase. I would not buy again or recommend others purchase the silver set of three.”
