“I can't review the bracelets because I never received them even though emails indicate that I did receive the package. I tried to contact Kylar Mack but was not successful. I phoned and left a vm but have not received a call. I have not received an email. I am now thinking that Kylar Mack does not exist. Just another Facebook scam. Now I will have to try to work with MasterCard to get a refund.”

“I ordered; 3mm White Pearl Bracelet, 3mm Gold Ball Bracelet, 4mm Gold Ball Bracelet, 3mm Gold Ball Anklet. The bracelets didn't lay flat against the wrist, but in a wavy way, as though the elastic was bent from the spool it was wrapped around. The anklet left a gray/green mark on my skin after only a couple hours of wear. I emailed the company to ask about the "No Return Policy" on the anklet, they thanked me for my inquiry and offered to contact me in 3-4 days, they did not. I am disappointed with my purchase from Kylar Mack, I think they charged way too much for the poor quality they delivered.”
“I was very disappointed in my latest purchase from Kylar. I had ordered the exact same silver bracelet last March and was very happy. This December order was exactly the same bracelet but when I received the order it was a cheapend version. Somehow in the months in between Kylar produced a less than normal bracelet. It was a Christmas gift so I did not return it but I will not be ordering this product again. It was definitely less than anticipated!”
