When I let Kylar Mack know, they wrote back that it may have been a to someone else by mistake, or that the company sometimes say an item has been delayed but it may actually arrive a few days later.”

“I ordered a stack of Goldby bracelets from your company. I measured my wrist at 6 1/2 inches to see if the bracelets would be to tight or a little loose which I wanted. I had room for a loose fit so I ordered the 6 1/2. I was disappointed that when the bracelets arrived they were tight on my wrist. The fit was uncomfortable. However there was no place to call and ask for a return and repurchase the next size up.. (7.5 nches). Perhaps we could resolve this issue and I could return the bracelets and buy the larger size.
