“I initially purchased a total of six items, but soon after, I requested that one item be removed from my order. Although the order was adjusted to five items as requested, I have yet to receive a refund for the item that was removed.
I have sent multiple follow-up emails requesting the refund, but responses have been slow and have not resolved the issue. Now, even after receiving the remaining five items, I still have not been refunded for the item that was canceled.
Due to the lack of timely responses, I decided to return all received items and have disputed the entire charge with my credit card company to ensure the issue is addressed.”

“I ordered 3 bracelets for my daughter’s birthday. I received confirmation of my order on October 15th. I notified the company on October 28 that I still hadn’t received my order. They blamed the shipper, even though the shipper said they had never received the items, and said they would resend asap and notify me when my items shipped. Four days later and no shipment notification. Today is my daughters birthday and I don’t have her special gift. 🙁”

“very unhappy with Customer Service… Ordered this for a gift to take to Europe and paid for expedited service. This order was supposed to be delivered October 10. However, the order did not show up until October 16. We left for Europe, October 15. We can no longer use this product and do not want it! “Very very small. I expected small but these would look small on a toddler. My wrist is 5" (small) i ordered 6.5" and they're too tight! I got took. I reached out and got no response!”
“Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I needed to exchange a gift of the bracelet stack for a larger size. I had to pay a $6.00 restocking fee AND $15 shipping for the exchange. On top of that, I wasn't even given the correct amount back on the gift certificate!! I had to pay over $30 for MY OWN GIFT!! Customer service was HORRIBLE!! I couldn't speak to a person!! It was all through emails, which makes it very difficult to explain the situation. Will NEVER order from this company and will NEVER recommend it to anyone!”
“Not impressed, their sizing is way off, I measured and emailed customer service and their response didn't even make sense. They only offer two sizes so I reordered both of them thinking that they might be different, but again neither worked. Customer service is slow to respond unless you place an order, then you get an automated thank you email. Saw different pricing for same items. Dont waste your time!”
“I was very disappointed with my purchase. The purchase of the bracelet was automatically checked small. ( this is not acceptable) I didn’t notice that was the case until I actually hit place order. I tried to contact someone to correct it immediately & there was no one to call. Three days later I get a message saying the bracelet had shipped! Three days? Your Custer service is not acceptable! I will not be purchasing anything additional & will not recommend. To return the bracelet will be a $6 restocking fee. This was a $145 set of bracelets! It is not a piece of furniture! I feel like I have been ripped off!”
