I tried to Call Kylar Mack - the listed Google number goes straight to VM. Left a VM. I emailed twice and keep getting we'll reply in 2 to 3 days. They took my money pretty quick. I'm not sure if this site is as complete scam? But I cannot find out how to reach them. I may have to call my bank next to report fraud. I'll give them until mid-week to reply.”

“We ordered three bracelets from Kylar Mack as a gift for my mother-in-law’s 60th birthday. Since we live in Boston and the celebration was in Lake Tahoe, we ordered them ahead of time to ensure we had a gift ready for the trip. When the bracelets arrived, we didn’t try them on because they were meant to be a special surprise. However, when my mother-in-law (who is petite) opened the gift, the bracelets were so small that she couldn’t even get them past her knuckles.
We contacted Kylar Mack on 7/28, and their response was to direct us to their return center link, stating that returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days. However, when we attempted to process a return, we were informed that the items were non-returnable because more than 30 days had passed since the purchase.
Despite several follow-up emails (on 7/29, 8/1, 8/6, and 8/12), we never received any further responses. We’re disappointed because we spent $137.30 on these bracelets ($80.08 for the 3MM Gold Ball Bracelet and $49.14 for the 4MM Gold Ball Bracelet, plus taxes), and they are completely unusable.
We don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but after weeks of trying to resolve this and getting no help, we felt we had no other option. We are even willing to provide pictures of just how small these bracelets are. All we wanted was a resolution, but instead, we were left with a frustrating experience.”

“These are the worst cheapest looking bracelets. Made very cheaply plastic beads on a string charging hundreds of dollars. They're all bent up different sizes. I returned them.I had to pay $6.00 to return them for junk. DON'T BUY Customer service is horrible.They don't communicate.They don't care.”
