“Just FYI, don’t want this published. Earlier (year or so ago) I ordered a set of 3 beaded bracelets that came together, 6-1/2 inch. They were very well made and substantial in weight. I loved them. Daughter loved them too and I gave them to her. These are much smaller beads and flimsier, no not the quality of the others. Very disappointed.”

“Had a sizing issue with my order…
Want to exchange for different size and have to go through returning and re- ordering. A bit inconvenient, but ok, I’ll do that. And paying additional shipping is annoying, but ok, I’ll play nice.
I start return process for my original purchase and pricing is not correct vs. what I paid. Emailed company to help with this issue- no response.
So I am still waiting for assistance with this issue.
If I don’t receive it, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Would rather resolve it and just get my amount paid returned to me. Hope this gets someone’s attention at this company that can resolve this simple problem. Order # 77099”

I called the phone number on the website and it says unavailable. Is this entire company just a scam?”
