“Order the smaller 3 bracelet stack in 6.5”.
The larger 3mm bracelet fit perfectly, but the smaller 2mm were significantly tighter. Clearly not the same circumference. Cannot wear them.”
“I’ve sent two emails with photos of a 3mm bracelet in silver. Not satisfied at all. Beads have tarnished and cheap looking. I purchased the ring in yellow and was very satisfied that’s why I’m giving it a 3 stars. No one has gotten back to me”
“While I liked the product, I realized the bracelets were shorter than what I prefer. I was unable to exchange the bracelets for the longer length until after I returned the product and received acknowledgment from the company they have been received. However, in the online return process thinking I could exchange the bracelets I chose a store credit. Now I have a store credit, no acknowledgment of my return, and no bracelets.
Online shopping is a convenience for consumers and this process is far too cumbersome and not customer friendly. You have my money and the returned product, I have nothing.
The company did respond to my concern but was unable or unwilling to make other accommodations. My sense is customers and business is being lost as a result. For instance, no one is expediting my request, personally handling an exchange...or other options to mitigate this cumbersome process.”

“Love the bracelets. But ordered the wrong size. Still waiting on a return label. Been since the 8th of June. Most companies have a return label printed instantly. Will reorder when I can get the others returned. Returns are not the easiest.”
“The bracelets are pretty but the measurements are off I ordered the smaller set based on my measurements and they are a little tight. If you lay them on top of each other they are not the same size. I’ve been told they will stretch. Disappointing.”
