Please may I put on record my sincere apologies to your company, having got two supplier's mixed up. You supplied my self adhesive labels which, as you say, came in one shipment, and very promptly, thank you. It was the ink cartridges from the my other supplier that is being sent in three lots. Once again my apologies for my mistake.

Products ordered are fine but they took 4 days to arrive, Royal Mail 1st Class. I don't have large order values so to pay the £7 special delivery is not worth it.

Excellent service, really fast delivery and well packaged but the labels (although advertised for inkjet printers) suffer from ink bleeding so the print looks poor quality.

Labels were good quality and fair price however I bought them from this supplier as there was a downloadable template. Unfortunately the template was out of register on both the word and pdf versions so was not at all helpful.

All of our templates have been tested to ensure that they are accurate - however, they will usually require some minor adjustments to produce the best possible alignment for the user's unique combination of software/hardware. Label quality is great, no complaints there but label plant say you can use avery software and even give you the product codes for it, the stickers donor match and now we have now ended up waisting a load of stickers that are not cheap!

Many of our labels are standard sizes that use the same layout as Avery, which means it is possible to use Avery templates to print our labels. However, all templates will usually require some adjustments to perfect the alignment produced and we advise all customers to do a test print first so that they can check for any inaccuracies in their template or problems with their printer setttings. The red labels we received were regarded as being more orange than red. It would have been helpful if there was an option to have a more distinctive red colour rather than the "tomato red" option I was forced to select as a last resort. The service otherwise was excellent.

I was disappointed that my urgent labels which were ordered late on Monday afternoon, did not arrive until the following Monday. The web site indicated they would be sent either by carrier or 1st class post on Tuesday, so I expected delivery Wednesday / Thursday. I phoned to chase on Thursday and again on Friday but was told the package would not be deemed lost until 5 working days had passed. This is not a 1st class service.

We are sorry to hear that there was a problem with the delivery of your order. We despatched your order on Tuesday 11th August, via our Standard Delivery service, which is Royal Mail's first class service. As stated on our website, Royal Mail's first class service is not a guaranteed next day delivery service - Royal Mail aim to deliver first class post on the next working day but do not guarantee this. We find that 93% of first class mail does arrive on the next working day, with the remainder taking a few days extra. Royal Mail themselves will only declare items sent using their first class service to be lost in the post 15 working days after they were due to be delivered. A guaranteed next day delivery option is offered on our website and we strongly encourage customers to upgrade to this option if they need to receive their order by a specific deadline.

Delivery was extremely prompt however when using the template supplied for the labels I had great difficulty aligning the print and gave up in the end!

We have help and support pages on our website (https://www.labelplanet.co.uk/help.php) to help customers design and print their labels by themselves but we are more than happy for customers to contact us directly, so we can offer one-to-one advice and support for the specific issues or problems they have encountered. Word templates are limited in the accuracy of positioning they can support and will usually require some adjustment to create the correct alignment.

The product was the wrong product for our requirements - my fault, not yours. Your staff dealt with my request on the telephone for a refund promptly and without any quibble. I quickly received the refund through Paypal. Overall an excellent experience of good customer service. Sorry this mentions Customer Service, but that's all I experienced!

Thank you for ordering from Label Planet and leaving us a review. Unfortunately next day delivery is not possible for all of our label products when ordering in 500 sheet quantities. Our synthetic materials (including polyester) are made to order when ordered in quantities of 500 sheets or more. These items are therefore subject to up to five working days for despatch - we do include this despatch information on our Delivery page, Range pages, Product pages, and in our confirmation email; however, we will review our despatch information to see if it can be improved in light of your review.

Labels are great and with the template very easy to customise. Delivery was prompt however, despite large message on outside of envelope about not bending the packet, postman folded it and put it through letterbox! Luckily I was able to salvage the labels.

The purchase was straight forward, and the Labels arrived very quickly, so well done for the first part of my order. However, I am disappointed with the labels; I ordered transparent matt and it is so difficult to see where to remove the label from the backing sheet. Also, my printer is a laser one and I am unable to print in colour as it runs and the typing looks as if it has merged....., so I would not purchase these particular labels again.

Thank you for leaving a review for Label Planet. As with any transparent product, our matt transparent labels are designed to be as transparent as possible, which does mean that they tend to blend into the backing sheet - this can make it difficult to see the edges of each label when you come to peel them off the backing sheet. One way to make it easier to see the labels is to peel away the web between the labels. You can do this by starting from one of the corners, pulling up the face material and gently peeling away the web from around and between the labels - this leaves only the labels themselves on the backing sheet, which means they are easier to see and remove. Laser printers use heat and pressure to bond toner powder into place; the most common printing problem that occurs with laser printers is smudging, which happens when not enough heat is used during printing. This can be avoided by using the "Labels" or "Heavy Paper" setting on your printer. If you are having issues with the sharpness of your print, it may be worth checking if your printer offers special settings related to the resolution at which it prints (such as options to print "Fine" or "Detail"). As the printing process is a dry one using dry printing materials, we've never encountered laser toner that runs after printing - this sounds more like an issue that occurs with inkjet printers (which use water based inks). We have tried to lookup the details of this order but have been unable to find an order from you for our Matt Transparent (MTP) Labels. Materials are OK but their packaging is non existant. I purchased two x 25 A4 sheets of labels, and they came in a simple card-stiffened envelope. (One sheet of card, therefore leaving one surface unprotected). A previous order, for 100 A4 sheets of "gold" labels arrived similarly packed, with one corner of most labels bent. These were urgently required and LabelPlanet were the only supplier of exactly what I needed, so I had to accept them. I reported this through a review, but of course nothing was done - it was a negative comment which is usually ignored. I will not recommend to anyone else

We would like to apologise for the problems with this order. While we do our best to provide protective packaging for our products, unfortunately a small percentage does get damaged by Royal Mail during delivery. We do monitor this to try to prevent future issues and review our packaging to see if we can improve. For example, we now send all orders of 75 sheets or more in boxes, rather than envelopes. We have a section in our checkout where customers can add a note to their order and we would be happy for customers to request that small orders be sent in boxes rather than envelopes if they have concerns about the safety of their order during delivery.
