“ After shopping with this company for years, I finally was a victim of the infamous perks charge, which I did not sign up for. I called customer service and an extremely rude and condescending representative named Mark started lecturing, saying that you probably checked the box and you should be more careful when ordering. They lost a very good customer today because of this man's attitude. Very argumentive! ”

“ I agree with all the negative reviews. Years ago, I used Lakeside a lot. I have not ordered from them in several years, but I did recently. One of the items was not as advertised. I called customer service to send it back and was told I had to pay a return fee greater than what I paid for the item. What company these days charges a return fee?? So I just threw it in the garbage. No more Lakeside for me. ”
