Up until a few months ago, I loved shopping with them but recently the website stopped accepting ANY credit card from me (all working, viable cards) the customer service personnel are clueless and the phone wait times are horrendous. That’s it for me! ”

They lost a very good customer today because of this man's attitude. Very argumentive! ”

“ I agree with all the negative reviews. Years ago, I used Lakeside a lot. I have not ordered from them in several years, but I did recently. One of the items was not as advertised. I called customer service to send it back and was told I had to pay a return fee greater than what I paid for the item. What company these days charges a return fee?? So I just threw it in the garbage. No more Lakeside for me. ”
