Despite making it clear that I wanted the register if it showed evidence of my sale, they provided me with a backdated version that still had me as owner and refused to give me a refund. They didn’t read my email. It’s frustrating and depressing knowing that no one is there to listen to you.

I ordered documents as Deeds to my property, providing details of the address, but those supplied concerned the wider parcel of land on which the entire development was based. On receiving the incorrect documents, I ordered the Conveynacing Pack but this provided the same information. As a result, I have wasted a total of £94.85 and still don't have a copy of the Deeds. The on-line ordering system is seriously flawed. There should be an opportunity to check that the dopcuments being offered are relevant to the request. For example, a thumbnail image of the property boundary could be provided as confirmation. The system is not fit for purpose.

Far too expensive. Why do you have to pay a third party. I own the property and the building Society should have given me my Deeds. Now I had to pay nearly £50 for 2 PDFs. Not even a proper deed. It seems to me to just be another form of tax. The PDFs are totally basic.

Hi Mike, Please note that there is a key difference between the the cheaper documents available and the documentation we provide. At the time of writing, as a general member of the public you are only able obtain a non-certified copy of the deeds directly with Gov.uk. In order to access certified, official copies, you are able to obtain these directly via post with Gov.uk, or via a 3rd party, such as ourselves. The key difference between the 2 documents is that the certified copies are treated as evidence of ownership in court and in property transactions (e.g., buying/selling a house). We hope that you found our service easy to use, quick and efficient.

A telephone message to say a wait of 60mins possible if you want to speak to someone? That is appalling service. What business can operate like this. A charge of £49 for a pdf to be sent. Outrageous profiteering. Rubbish in every respect.

These guys are basically fraudsters charging you a 300% markup on documents you can get from HM Land Registry. Avoid.

I paid £44.95 for a “Conveyancing Pack” expecting the full set of title documents exactly as advertised (Title Register, Title Plan, charges, restrictions, deeds, etc.). Instead, I received just one document: a single Legal Charge. None of the essential documents normally included in a conveyancing pack were provided. The pack was incomplete, unusable for conveyancing, and nothing like what is described on their website. I later purchased the official document directly from HM Land Registry for £7, and it was complete and accurate—unlike what I received here. When I raised this with the company, they refused to issue a refund, stating only that they had “completed the order.” They then sent me a generic link explaining their packs and claimed they “always send everything available,” which clearly wasn’t the case for my order. Overall, the service felt misleading, poor value for money, and dismissive when concerns were raised.

I ordered my land registry information to realise all I got was 5 pieces of info and even paid for the paper version too which in total cost me £104 if I had known that I would have not placed the order so I feel ripped off and scammed into finding out information I actually already new! So the whole procedure has been a complete waste of time, effort not to mention the money side! If I had known in advance what I was about to order I would definitely not have bothered

*I ordered and paid for 2 documents *waited several days, nothing received. *sent an email. waited a few days with none received *reply said sent on 171125-not received *sent attachment but one document. *phoned LR with query-why 1 doc, why out of date? *Title has owners who have been dead for some time. *current occupiers not on title? Poor service and appears open to fraud and crime.

HI Robert The order you placed was for the Title Register & Title Plan. We normally provide these documents together in a single combined PDF for ease of reading. However, i have now sent them to you as separate files for your convenience. Please note that we do not have any control over the content of these documents. They are official records issued by HM Land Registry and we simply supply the documents you request. If you wish to update or correct the register, please find details on how to do this here -> https://www.gov.uk/registering-land-or-property-with-land-registry/update-or-correct-the-register

It's a site that superficially looks like the official HM Land Registry. However the official site makes deeds available for immediate download for £7 a copy. This site, Land Registry UK makes exactly the same deeds available for download after a short time, so has a delay the official site doesn't and charges you £24.75 a copy. So you pay over three times as much for the same thing, just delivered slower. Kicking myself for paying £35 extra for the deed & map for a property I was interested in.

Hi Richard, I'm sorry you feel this way about our service. We provide official copies of the title register and title plan as well as other conveyancing documents held via HM Land Registry. We do not claim or pretend to be the UK Government or HM Land Registry, this is displayed on our website and throughout our terms and conditions. At the time of writing, as a general member of the public you are only able obtain a non-certified copy of the deeds directly with Gov.uk. In order to access certified, official copies, you are able to obtain these directly via post with Gov.uk, or via a 3rd party, such as ourselves. I think when purchasing a document. As a purchaser you should be able to see what you are buying. And illustration to avoid misunderstanding

Made the mistake of using this company. It’s a rip off. Use the official HM land registry website, not this bunch of chancers.

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED I requested deeds and my lease information. I paid £50 ish and was emailed and sent a single page showing the layout and boundary of my property which I already had.
