“The documents I needed never arrived, I paid for all land registry at the Boatibg Station but the land in the sole name of Terry Hardick did not come through. I have the restaurant lease, the Rivers Edge lease & land to the left , The Boathouse & land to the right but nothing for the bit in the middle including the freehold of the restaurant.”
“The deeds provided by the service were missing two pages, luckily we had copies of the original deeds. Not what you would expect of a public service. Very very disappointed.”

“Could not supply all the information I required so rather than consult me to what I wanted to do just credited me some money back and supplied me the bits that were no good unless I had all of it now have to pay again with solicitor as they wouldn’t give full refund very unhelpful”
“Massively overpriced. I received the same information from Land Registry Scotland for an absolute fraction. The report fr Land Registry UK cost close to £50 when the exact same report from Land Registry Scotland cost £3.60. I’ll admit error on my part for not shopping around, so avoid and dont make the same mistake i did.”
“This is NOT the HM Land Registry. DO NOT USE - make sure you enter the land registry via the gov.uk website. The official HM Land Registry is both faster and cheaper than these people”
