“Terrible customer service ... Ordered from Fanatics , order was shipped via lasership however not delivered toy address. Confirmation of deliver was sent to me however the picture was not my house ! Despite explaining this to lasership several times , they continued to email me that they have confirmed items were delivered. Original vendor offered to reship however due to issues with lasership prior to this instance, I opted for a refund. Lasership should not be allowed to operate.”
“This is my second bad experience with this company from two different merchants. They claimed they made an "attempt" to deliver (I was home) and never showed. I called and complained to Old Navy and Lasership(impossible to get someone on the phone - you must email).
The next day they had the audacity to say the package was delivered to a person! They gave my first name (on the package of course ) and signed it as me!!! I got the text notice while I was at work. I was furious. They are an inept, deceitful company. The first experience was with Free People where they claimed they delivered as well. I never got the package. STAY AWAY!!”
“I would give this company a 0 if it would let me. Since Covid I have noticed that more and more companies are using lasership. Since this time they have said they delivered 9 packages to me that I have not received. How is that even possible? When I contact customer service via their website they have nothing to say other than they are investigating it and nothing happens. It’s absolutely insane. How does a company get away with this? How are they still in business. I’ve seen the van they drive and it’s a white van with a small logo and a huge dent. How is this a professional business?”

“I genuinely wish there was a way to give them zero stars. This is the second time a company I ordered from used their service and each experience was equally horrible. First time they claimed to have delivered my Zara package despite no footage of that on my ring cam. In 25 years years, at the same address, we’ve never had issues with a lost package. Zara wasn’t much help either so I ended up having to dispute the transaction with my credit card. The second time, they said my package from
Macys was damaged and that I needed to reach out to the seller. Miraculous how there wasn’t any issues until the day it was supposed to be delivered. It’s so obvious they are thieves disguised as a shipping company. I have no idea how they’re still in business operating the way they do. Disgusting, they need to be investigated.”

I don’t know whose front door because they never follow up on the many messages I submit. They should be required to take a picture of place where pkg is delivered. That’s how I’ve tracked down my past missing pkgs from LS. Beginning today, any shipping emails for orders I have placed that show Lasership is the carrier will be canceled! I’d add a photo but it would only be an empty front door step!”
“They must have a good sales team. Both of the companies I like to buy produce and other groceries from recently switched to them. 3 out of 3 orders over two different companies over the course of two months - none of them arrived on time or gave an update on their tracking until it was delivered a week late. Since it was produce, this created a lot of issues for both me and the 2 companies. Guess I have to find a different place to have solid produce delivered to me. LaserShip will probably get your item to you, but a whole week after than what they tell the companies they will.”

Like others here, the package was likely never attempted to get delivered but stolen by LaserShip. I have had 3 messages of "attempted delivery" but absolutely not true. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

“I actually did get my order, from CO to OH! Figured I would write a review because people don't usually do that if a company does what they're suppose to. I was stressed out the entire time after reading all these other reviews and there was some funky stuff going on with my tracking at first but I did get all my items. No doubt though that people do get their items stolen, and I definitely will not be ordering again now that I know which shipping company is being used just so I don't have to stress about it again lol.”

My Order NO. GSUNN936400HP1S. Tracking NO. 1LSCZ5A000Q1KWE. I was tracking my package on the Lasership website. I checked my package several times in the front door and a mailroom, but my package wasn't there after 1.00 to 9.50 PM. I looked for my package delivery all day on 3/23/2021. On the lasership website, it was shown that my package is on transit and not for delivery on 03/23/2022. Then, on the Lasership website, I was required to notify me by phone and no one notified me about the package delivery. Next morning, I checked the Lasership website and It shows that the package was delivered at 8 PM on 03/23/2022. But, the package was never delivered. I contacted Lasership customer service and opened an investigation. I never received my package because it was a fraud. I contacted Lasership customer service several times on 03/24/2022 to 3/26/2022. Lasership case number: 05358370. Customer service representatives told me that the package was never delivered and still in transit. Please resolve these problems. I am very disappointed. Thanks”
“They got me too! No package but states they delivered package - dropped off in mailroom - there are 2 in the building I live in, so where?!?!?! If you entered the building then why not deliver to my door?
Lesson learned and moving forward, when I place an online order, I’m going to make sure it’s not through Lasership! With no customers, this company will fold!!!”
“First, there should be a negative rating because they don't deserve this 1 star. Fashion nova used them to deliver my package, they came to my house, took a picture of the package in front of my house, and they took the package back after marking the order as delivered. I have had a very horrible experience with this shipping company, and they are ought to run out of business soon. No company should ever use them.”

“Second time they failed to deliver to the proper address this month. The pic showed that they delivered to another building, but left it on the side at the bottom of a staircase... not even in front of a door. If you're going to be lazy, at least try to make it look like you cared. I called customer service and spoke with a woman named Spirita who literally hung up on me after I told her there was a photo for reference. Wow. It's a wonder any supplier trusts this company.”
