“I got a Made to measure catsuit from them two years ago and it's still going strong, good work for the price. It's literally the cheapest around. I had to wait much longer than the advertised 30 day wait period but I emailed them before we reached that point and I was informed due to a backlog of work it would take another 30 days to be made. This was a while ago but as I remember it came about the time they promised although it took a total of 06-something days.”

“75 days in to an order that should have taken 45 days to arrive, they told me to call back in another 30 days to see if my items are ready for despatch ! Now Halloween, the day I wanted the outfit for an online party during Covid lockdown... Ordering on 18th August should have been early enough to get a new car delivered by end of October, let alone a couple of rubber items of clothing ! They have not responded to ANY emails since I requested a cancellation and refund !!! Now down to Barclaycard and Paypal to get my $200 back. AVOID !!!!”

“Am 17.06.20 bestellt, und leider nichts bekommen, dann kam die Trennung von den Niederlassungen in USA und China. USA hat sich nicht gemeldet und mich ignoriert; China war kooperativer. Ich habe letztentlich mein Gerd via Paypal erhalten und damit abgefunden das ich keine Ware aber mein Geld wieder zurückhabe. Der jetzige verbliebene Latexcatfish ist der Chinesische die Leute antworten schnell und kooperativ.”

“I ordered a suit back in Mid July, every time I ask about it, it gets punched back a month, now they are saying I won’t get it till late November and that exactly what they said about October almost two months ago when I first asked. Honestly if I knew it’d take half a year for an order (not even a custom one) I wouldn’t have bothered shopping with them.”

“Please believe the bad reviews. because your money is lost.and your time is waste. Better spend more money. by a better store. I am someone that have much patience. and did give this store much option to recover there mistakes.. I did order 3 times from this store and 3 times it did go wrong. people are right when they say you have to wait an eternity for your order. after that they make mistakes all the time. the First order ! they send me was not even my order. and i did have to pay myself to send it back to china. the Second order ! the seems did lose when i put this catsuit on. they told me to reply this to there builders. but do something for me was not posible because they not make much profit on this orders. then the Third order ! they made a suit not like it was on the picture on there website. and they told they could not make like this picture on there website. So maybe i am crazy to think ? but how did they get that picture on that catsuit website ? and make a better produkt makes lesser problems and more profit ? Please take bad reviews very serious. stay away from that website and PAY button. i did spend over 1000 euro and still have nothing to use.”

“Here is my emails from the company: I ordered two suits back on April 23rd 2020. Supposed to be 8 weeks. I had to keep following up with them on the deadline. This company is constant with being late on their processing/finished product times. If I don’t here back from them with a rushed response to make my order whole then I’m contacting my bank and having them give me my money back. Thank god I didn’t go through PayPal to pay cause that in itself is another problem to handle. Don’t pay with PayPal and be cautious when buying from this company. My first suit the zipper detached off the shoulder Entry, the second suit was a neck entry suit (I learnt from my mistake the first time) but then ingotnanteqr in the second suit in the seem of the shoulder area. So I had to cut off the sleeves and make it a surf suit. Again here is the emails back and forth. The top email is the last sent to the company. The bottom is the first set of emails Omg really august 14th? That’s almost 4 months since I ordered the suits. Covid 19 or not that’s along time. I don’t understand how it went from before me going on vacation and it was supposed to be sent out July 10th you said. Now it’s going to be august 14th. I just don’t get it. I’m sure it’s due to low numbers of employees because of Covid 19 and or the shipping is delayed due to small numbers of planes going to each country. I’ve never waited this long for any kind of package. That’s a whole seasons worth of time to come up with two easy designs suits. “They are a complete scam. Almost all their photos are not even from their own company. They steal designs and try to pass them off as their own. What you purchase is not what is shown in the photos. Instead you'll receive a terrible knock off that will only last a couple of uses. They purposely take so long that you can't use PayPal refund. I'm lucky I even got anything, other friends of mine have been waiting years now and just consider the money stolen. Their Etsy and other review sites are all lies. Scam user names, filled with photos lifted from other social websites. AVOID!! They are a Chinese scam site.”

“Ordered 4 months ago. No update whatsoever during that time. I contacted them 3 days ago to cancel because it's taking too long and I'm moving soon and they sent me an email to ask why I want to cancel. I replied to their email on the same day. Today I received another one from them advising that the order was shipped today and TO PLEASE ACCEPT IT even though I asked them to cancel it 3 days ago... I'm not if/when I'll receive my order but I'll look elsewhere in the future.”

“I don’t see all of the issues that others are having I have had multiple orders where everything fit perfectly from their normal product line and having custom pieces made that were awesome. I’ve had my outfits for years now with no tearing and no issues. Other than the chlorination being so expensive that I’ve done it myself I haven’t had any problems communication hasn’t been a problem. Yes there is a waiting period but with hundreds of orders there is going to be some delay especially during holidays like Halloween and Valentine’s Day.”

“Revised Review. Kune 2021 : We hear that Catfish is now using UK made. Or made to UK specification rubber sheets in their manufacturing process. If so that earlier low quality material with unpleasant chemical odor might be history. We might try a small sample order and post our findings. Old review below: Wrong Name! Latex "Crap Fishy". Bad fit. Aweful chemical odour. Useless Company now.”

“Waited 3 months for my suit to arrive. Which wasn't even a custom order it was there large which fit great when it finally arrived however the suit has now got a tare in the shoulder after the same amount of time it took to arrive. Really very annoyed with the service. One of the gloves I bought also ripped within a month. Very poor quality. Avoid.”

“I bought a custom latex suit from Latexcatfish. The suit does not fit at all, in some places it is too big, in other places it is too small. The measurements are not consistent with those which I have entered into the measurement table of Latexcatfish. I have the feeling that I got a completely wrong catsuit, I mean, he does not fit. The measurements of my body, I have taken off with a friend correctly and also asked Latexcatfish to two dimensions how exactly they should be measured. I can not understand it at all then something came out of it.”

“I bought a custom latex suit from Latexcatfish. The suit does not fit at all, in some places it is too big, in other places it is too small. “Hello dear people, I really want to warn you about Catfish Latex. My order (# 38287) almost 300 euros has been canceled and I have not got my money back today. I wrote a lot of mails that were not answered anymore and if only with lies. A site that is cheating so beware. Advertisement with the police is running and lawyer is on.”

“I made a custom order that I had to follow-up with regarding the status as it already should have been sent to me by this time. They told me it wouldn't be ready for another two months (if that's even true). The fact that I had to follow-up on this annoyed me the most. If they are going to be late they could have at least informed me. They did end up giving me my refund (although it took a couple of weeks) but because of the exchange rates I lost money. I wouldn't recommend ordering something custom from here unless you want to wait forever! Can't comment on the quality as I never received my item.”
