“I can't begin to express the level of my frustration. --Mowing completed but left bags of clippings despite what I asked for -- Minimally and poorly done hedge trimming, and no cleanup despite my request --HORRIBLE lack of communication with customer service who seems clueless at best and completely unresponsive at worst --ridiculous overcharge ($215) for services quoted at half that price, and no heads up from the provider that the cost might be more --absurd scheduling (again Customer Service issue) where someone was going to come THE NEXT DAY to cut my grass after it had actually been mowed I disputed the overcharge with my bank, and will continue to advise anyone that there is something wrong with the 'company'.”

“I scheduled a hedge trimming and they changed the date on me, then show up 3 days later after dark! Take a few pictures and then say they need to more than double the original quote, due to more bushes than they thought. So many things wrong here! Why would they show up to do hedge trimming after dark in the first place! Then they can’t stick to the original quote! I’m glad o never gave them credit card info! I can call myself lucky there”

“be sure you supervise, if they dont show up, your grass grows, youre charged for long grass, edging not thorough and clean up can be spotty...best advice....you need to supervise them....definately not folks who are thorough and detailed”

“I hired Lawn Love to vacuum leaves from my property and to bag them. The leaves were removed to the street but they failed to bag the leaves, which meant the leaves blew all over my yard and neighbor’s yards before the village picked up picked up a week later. I ended up having to rake myself. They gave me a $10 credit but that helped me not at all.”
