“Average ok lawncare, great text communication with crew. Horrible billing! I made appointment for bi-weekly service for 3 weeks and first time charged incorrect amount, called and they said oh our mistake and corrected it, 2nd time argued that the price was correct and it was not therefore I cancelled the service, I don't need the aggravation nor a dishonest billing company.”

“These are people looking for a job, and depending on the individual does fantastic in comparison to others that are part of this organization. However, there are those that does subpar. I pay 80$ on average for a decent, average size lawn. Most of the time they: 1) Mow grass (Blades of grass usually go uncut, but not chunks). 2) Weed wack; This depends on the person and their level of tools. There are others that don't do it at all. 3) Blow This seldom is ever done. In a professional service you expect this to get done, but they in most cases do not do this. 4) weed control. I feel this is a scam. I did these treatments twice and my yard is riddled with weeds so unless you know the person and trust them, do not get this. 5) gutter cleaning. I have two floors of gutters. They did the first floor but not the second floor. If you have the second floor don't bother and either do it yourself or get someone else. If you have to, demand pictures of what is the after product is when they are done. After researching the professional services around the area this is the cheapest so you do get what you pay for, but these people get the most income as there is not a huge overhead. At this time in 8/2019 I would only recommend this service if you don't have much care for your lawn but just want it cut. Keep tabs on those that know how to do it correctly and those who don't. There is one I would love to recommend but because this is acceptable I don't want them to get in trouble as I know how surveys work and regardless if they are great or not, they still get hit with it.”
