Lawn love is the worse service ever. Was suppose to cancel my service last year but never did they suspended it. After charging me 3 times for one service. They then reversed the refund a month after they gave it to use. Then randomly just popped up yesterday after a year and left leaves all over my yard. Went into my back yard which I have dogs when that was never part of my service. Customer service is no help and you never speak with management. This situation has yet to be correct. Would not recommend then to anyone. Also will not provide proof your banking information is no longer in their system. Horrible

I think it is very strange that you cannot cancel the service on the app or online because of a message of a three-cut rule. After reading other reviews, they are aware of this. This leads me to believe this is on purpose. I had a couple of areas with long grass. It was not the entire property. I was charged $80.00 in which $50 of this was long grass. My property is not large. The tree in the front is a large part of the front yard. Another company only charged me $35 for both back and front to give an example of size of my yard. Upon initial sign up there was a discount for the 1st cut but then they charged my card for the long grass after I asked the cutter would I be charged for long grass for two areas that I measured and was not over the company's long grass rule and his response was no, but I was still charged the additional amount. This prompted me to purchase my own lawn equipment. I sent a message to cancel but the app still was not displaying I cancelled the next day after messaging the via the APP. I had to call to have my service cancelled. Based on the review from K below. I will be monitoring my card. It seems like they are trying to get free money if you cannot remove your information or cancel.

I requested to have my lawn mowed from Lawn Love. They came and took pictures of my grass and quoted me over $160 to mow my lawn due to the long grass fee. I declined the service and did it myself. Then it scheduled me for monthly service. I cancelled the appointment on the app and it showed on the app that it was cancelled. After it was cancelled, I got an automated text and email that someone was coming to mow the lawn. I had just had a new driveway put in the day before which cost $17,000. There was caution tape over the wet concrete driveway and a construction vehicle parked on the lawn. The app did not work properly and so the service being cancelled was not properly put into their system. The worker, instead of contacting me or taking pictures and leaving, walked their mower all over the wet concrete, and around the construction vehicle leaving MASSIVE DAMAGE ON MY NEW SEVENTEEN THOUSAND DOLLAR DRIVEWAY. I put in a property damage claim which they say they will reply to, but they have not gotten back to me about it yet. When I tried to cancel the service it said I needed to have a 3 mow minimum. When I called to complain they finally cancelled the service. This was the 1st time they had mowed my lawn and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. If they do not provide adequate restitution for this claim, I will be reporting to the BBB and start taking legal action against them.

This is my first time using this company and my mow was scheduled for a wed. The guy reached out and said he would be there in an hour. 5 hours later and he was still a no show no call. I called the company and they said the guy uncommitted to the job so unfortunately he would not be coming today. But they would reschedule me for the next day and hope I don’t get dropped by that guy either. I explained that I had other lawn maintenance companies to chose from that were cheaper, but went with this company for their good reviews, so for this to happy on day 1 of being with them, left a bad taste in my mouth. Would not recommend this company unless you want to keep getting screwed over.

I'm watering once a day but due to the time of year and drought, there is no grass to cut. I let this company know and they still send work crews out to force you to pay for a company to roll around my lawn with no grass to cut. Horrible service. They acted like the lawn mafia when I tried to reschedule. I canceled immediately

Don't use this company. i never know when or if someone will be coming out to mow my lawn. The "Pro" that does my lawn doesn't even know the basics of how to mow a lawn correctly. It was impossible to communicate with the "pro".

The lawn company came out with new personnel; and did a horrific job. They left patches everywhere; they broke one of my sprinklers and proceeded to charge me long grass fee even though it was only 2 weeks since the last cut and I know for sure it was not long. The rotating of companies does not help and the lack of awareness in cutting is poor. I do not recommend lawn love as they charge ridiculous fees especially when the homeowners are not home.

I called lawn love and scheduled a grass cutting job for 8/28/23 and these guys cancelled 5x scheduled appointments and did not cut grass until 9/2/33. These guys are very unprofessional and cancel appointments with no consideration for customers time. I had to miss work waiting on these guys and they would cancel at the end of the day. Apparently they hire contractors without really checking their work history and there was multiple different contractors scheduled to cut my grass that were no shows. Please do not hire these guys they are the worst lawn care people I have ever dealt with in 30 years. Also they try to tell you that you must agree to get 3 cuts to get their lawn service and than don’t show up. I am paying for 1 cut and they are fired. Dr Walter Brooks

Very Dissatisfied. Do Not Use This Company! There has been no sense of urgency shown to my service request. Very Unprofessional. After being made to wait, my service was postponed due to inclimate weather on the date of service at the last minute, however there was no inclimate weather whatsoever. Customer support has no other alternativesz. Extrmely dissatisfied!!!

I live in Camby IN. Richard Y. (can provide last name, text messages, and phone number by request) quoted a job at my house and took a $260 cash dollar down payment in May (right before Memorial Day weekend). I texted him several times asking when they would start the job. He kept putting me off for 3 weeks. Finally on the 4th week he stated he had a knee injury and surgery and couldn't get to it for quite a while. I asked for my down payment back so I could hire someone else and he told me it was nonrefundable. I know he worked for this company because he was mowing my neighbors lawns and they knew who he was when I inquired to him in person about the job I needed done, hedge trimming. I have called and left messages for this company. I have yet to ever get a call back or response. Since Lawn Love takes care of 2 of my neighbors lawns I never thought they would cheat me like that.

They sent a contractor that did $1.6k worth of damage to our siding. We were then strung along for a couple months after we provided a repair quote which they asked for. They finally respond and say it’s not their problem and we can take it up with the contractor. This is directly contrary to their website that says customer satisfaction is guaranteed and that they are bonded and insured.

False Advertising. Website says I can do once, weekly, monthly. I wanted once because listing for sale. Jasmine from Austin said I had to do a minimum of three cuts and then have to call Customer Support to cancel or they will continue to bill.

Worst customer service communication ever. No follow through. Each representative tells you a different story. My first service was offered on the 25th. I said no that I needed to be present for the initial cut so they set it for 27th and 28th. On the 25th I receive a message from mower saying see you on the 30th. No one contacted about change and when I called they said that was the day it was set for. No problem we will put it for the 27th. I check online two services on for the 30th and one for the 27th- 29th. It’s the 28th, no email no text. The original mower never responded back to my replies yo him via the app. All around complete disappointment and waste of my time.

Complete waste of time. They were supposed to cut my mother's lawn, but they bluffed out twice. This is unacceptable and disrespectful not just to me, but to my mother as well. Do Better.

Titus did not complete the service as requested. It is my understanding from the neighbor he stated he was going to report my home due to a colony of feral cats that live in the neighborhood but are not related to me. I cannot recommend the service based on this experience. The company advertised weeding and garden work, he refused to perform these duties as well.

Do not use this dishonest service. We were out of town when the service was done. They requested 30% increase in cost after coming out when we had accurately relayed the project for the initial quote. We reluctantly approved it. They then took a week beyond the original date to do the work. When we got home we found they had only done a small front yard and left the leaves in the back piles up and not removed. We paid for the leave removal for the whole yard. Lawn love said they had to give the servicer 24 hours to respond to their message asking for the job to be completed. No response after 24 but then they said they had to give 48 hours. I called a third time for resolution and then they said it was still 1 more hour until the 48 ended because they were in central time. But the dispute as files over 48 hours earlier eastern time. They promised after the time passed if the servicer did not make it right they would have some one else finish the job without any further cost to us. I then got a text message saying they were just going to refund half the amount because the front yard was done. The front yard is less than 1/3 of the yard at the house. Even if this was an acceptable resolution, which it is not, they still haven’t refunded anything.
