The Reviews that they currently have are not ligit Reviews, thats how they capture you in , this company are Scammers, they set up a date to do your services, and never shows up to do the lawn care , have your credit card information, when calling about what happened they do not know nothing , it took me 2 days to find someone there to cancel my credit , and remove my credit card from there file….****DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM******SCAMMERS YOU Will SEE******

signed up for service. I get a text asking to review the work done about a week later. Go outside to find none of the services that were charged were even done. Call customer service and get it sorted out. Turns out the "pros" went to some other address and did every service requested. Get the services rescheduled. Grass and yard has become overgrown at this point. The window of service comes and goes. Still no work has been done. Gets rescheduled again. After three weeks of getting the run around still no work has been done. Canceled my account and will never do business with this company again.

Service was absolutely horrible. I scheduled a service 4 times and never showed up. The crew member never answered my emails. I can’t write a quality review because they never come.

I tried using lawnlove. The first time was a no show. Then I was supposed to get a new crew. The second time my scheduled time was moved out to 19 days after the previous no show- and they didn’t show up to mow. I had to cut my travel show to get home to cut the grass myself. This company is horrible. I canceled my account after being a new customer with two no shows.

Horrible customer service. I was scheduled for service and no one came. Called 2 days later was told that they had to find a new provider and would contact me within 24 hours. No one did. One week later still no lawn mowed and now I will pay extra for a longer cut of grass to go anywhere else. When asked when i would be getting my lawn mowed was told they don't know. Would never refer them to anyone

Hired them this past summer (2021) and the service was actually okay. However in Dec 2021 I told them I was pausing service due to the fact that it was raining and the grass wasn't growing a lot in the winter. I told them that I would let them know when they could start up again. Today I found this new charge on my personal checking account (see screen shot). Tried calling the number listed - it's some bogus number. Please, go ahead and try it! it's some conf number not to the business. So I found their phone and called and they said "we sent an email. we can't cancel". I said, there was no service and I didn't ask to be started up again. They repeated over and over that they sent me an email. Sorry that's not okay - I didn't get their email. It's still raining occasionally here and I didn't ask for them to start up again. ALSO, the rate went up without notification and it looks like the business originally in San Diego was sold to some gig in Texas. I had to call my bank to dispute charges. Be careful about who you give your card info to - If you want to cancel or pause, they don't honor it. They'll have your card info and charge you whether you had service or not!!!! Lesson learned. Learn from me. I'll be hiring someone local and paying in cash next time.

I had my first scheduled lawn mow today and it was a complete mess!! the crew that they sent out cut the grass half way in other words some of the grass was left un-cut and their idea of clean-up was to blow all of the debris over in front of 3 of my neighbors houses so I had to go out after they left to clean all of that. I was so disappointed. The person that I spoke to on the phone assured me that they had certified crews and that was a total lie!! My yard now looks and is half finished. I canceled my service as soon as I saw the work they did. This is the world we live in today l tell you it is soooo sad. And to think they charged me a total of $110.00 because I wanted 4 bushes trimmed which they did not do well.

Please do not use this company. They're a rip off! The sent a guy to aerate my lawn and missed half of the lawn and his machine didn't work on the rest. The refused to fix it! Please see picture of a hole that is barely aerated. Not deep!

NO ONE answers the phone! If you call you will be put on hold for 5 minutes and then they will say you can ask for a callback. If you ask for a callback, the robot will call you back but then there will be dead silence and no one will ever answer the phone. If you decide not to get a call back and wait you will wait at least 45 minutes and then you’ll be hung up on. The worst, absolutely worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Avoid this company at all cost! They also do not answer emails. If you send them a message it will come right back to your email address and they will never write you.

I scheduled Lawn Love to aerate and overseed my lawn 3 weeks prior. They never showed up. Come to find out THEY CONTRACT OUT ALL THEIR WORK! They claimed none of their contractors picked up the work. WHAT A JOKE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Total waste of my time while they didn't have the decency to call prior, to say no one would be there for my appointment after I took a day off of work.

They set up my service and scheduled a pro to come out. They cancelled several times before emailing me that they couldn’t provide service in my area due to a shortage of workers. There l are 100’s of landscapers in Scottsdale. Why schedule a service when you don’t have enough crews who can support. They push for you to sign up and schedule a time for your service but then they don’t show up. Don’t offer service in an area you can’t support. Especially for an easy service such as mowing lawn.

I created a new account with them and schedule someone to come out within a week. I got a cancellation so waited until the reschedule date and got another cancellation. I emailed them about this with concerns that the grass will become overgrown. They told me they are sorry and want to ensure things are done correctly and gave me a discount on the mow. So I wait again the reschedule data. It rained for about 10 minutes, and other mowers were out that day but I got another cancellation. So I wait again for the reschedule and it has been several weeks at this point. I get another cancellation. I email them about this and they said they would talk to their "pro" and make sure the grass gets cut. They never mention my concerns about an overgrown grass at this point that stated clearly. I get another notice on the reschedule date that the lawn pro is on site! Nope, I am working from home. No one is at my house all day. I then get a bill for a mow that just didn't happen. So I email them explaining everything to this point. They said once again they would fix everything and send someone out. My lawn is quite overgrown at this point being weeks after the initial attempt to get my hard mowed. My next email from the company explained that my yard was overgrown and they wouldn't mow it without paying $122 from their "pros" quote. Ignoring this absurd situation, my yard was not worth $122 even being overgrown. This was a "go away" charge to get rid of me as a customer because their "pro" didn't want me. This wasn't even close to reasonable. So they cancelled on me 4 times. Fraudulently charged me for a mow that never happened. Then they tried to get me to pay more money. I am sure that some people have good experiences with this service because there are probably "pros" that do good jobs. But, if the company doesn't care who they are hiring as "pros" then you are entering a gambling game. My "pro" wasn't remotely communicative or professional. I was lied to at every point. They should pay attention to who they hire and work on being honest providers. I would stay away and just find someone local to trust.

I signed up for once a week. So far my lawn has never been mowed once!! Literally 4 cancellations in a row. I’m beyond disappointed!! What a terrible way to treat clients!!

I will be elevating this to the Attorney General's Office for Lawn Love knowingly, intentionally and wilfully committed fraud.  I also will be filing a claim in small claim's court. They will learn not to try and take advamtahe of an elderly veteran.   I will update this post as things progress. I was quoted a price for weed control, weeding and other services.  The original estimate was I believe less than $100.  I explained to the person on the phone, before scheduling an appointment, that my grass was unkept and may need some extra work and I was told that there was the possibility of a 50% increase for "long grass" (although their website shows that the “Long Grass Fee” policy is a $20 increase.   The contractor came out, saw the lawn and called to ask for an adjustment. He told me that Lawn Love quoted him a price of $625; several times the amount initially quoted even with the additional fee for "long grass".  After much back and forth I reluctantly agreed to the "new" $625 price, but only after a 30% ($437.50).  I was told that the adjustment was due to a quote from the contractor as to the amount of time and labor that would be required (he expected time of work would require 22 hours and the rearranging of schedules for work over multiple days.) I felt bad that they would have to reschedule other appointments and reluctantly submitted to their undue influence and pressure, but made it clear that the price included weed control and weeding, mowing, trimming, and hauling as disposal.  After agreeing I was informed that the price was now $790 (no explanation as to why it went up) and the 30% discount would be on that ($553). The contractor within 2 to 3 hours - the only thing that was done was a mowing.  It did not take 22 hours as was quoted and there was obviously no need to re-arrange schedules as he only came out that one time.  I sent pictures of the "completed work" showing that the mowing was subpar, no weeding had been done, no weed control measures taken, and no hauling away - an onsite container that I was using for other purposes was used after I CLEARLY indicated in writing, before the project had been done, that this was not allowed.  And not only that, but a neighbor informed me that he saw the contractor BRAKE A WINDOW on my property and left immediately there after, he apparently didn't want to stick around long enough for me to come home and see the damage. Their website indicates that satisfaction is guaranteed.  I made it very clear that I was unhappy with the "bait and switch" nature that their company was running and the damage done to my property. I reached out to their customer service (and sent pictures). I was asked to provide two estimates for the damage to my property (no mention of the bait and switch or lack of honoring their contract).  I did as instructed and per guidance from Seth M. I sent two estimated for the damage to the window.  No response.  No nothing I have received emails and text message stating that the same contractor that pulled a bait and switch on me, that did not do the work as paid for, used my containers against specific instructions not to do so, that damaged my property they sent THAT SAME CONTRACTOR to my property again and he was on my property without my approval. The text I receive stated: "Our lawn pro is at your property and has informed us that the weeds are many and too overgrown and as a result, the job is a bit more labor intensive than we expected.  (Well of course he didn't do anything the first time.)  Based on your lawn pro's estimates, the updated quote for the work is $162 + tax."   I quickly replied "Are you kidding.  No!"  Then I received an automated message that Lawn Love does not monitor replies to its messages!

My services have been rescheduled at least 6 times on at least two different occasions. This service had proven to be unreliable.

They never showed up and rescheduled every single time. I first received “services” in which they did not show up on May 5th 2021, and was charged. Nobody arrived. It’s not July 7, 2021, they’re still charging my card, after the several times I’ve called because nobody shows up. My grass is extremely overgrown and I’ve received a ticket from the city for ordinance violation. Never once did they come out, but won’t stop charging my card, so I can’t afford to pay anybody else, on top of the ticket. I never received my refunds that they promised or the services. This is a scam. 100%. Scam. Avoid at all costs. Don’t give them your card information. Reporting to bbb and cfpb ASAP.
