I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the Black Internal Fully Finished Elegance Lancaster 1 Panel Door and the overall service provided. We’ve placed multiple orders over time, and unfortunately this hasn’t been an isolated issue. Across different orders, several of the doors have arrived with defects. While earlier problems were acknowledged and resolved, it’s concerning that the same quality issues have continued to occur. As a returning customer, I expected a higher level of consistency and quality control. With this most recent order, the issues only became apparent when we began preparing for installation. The doors had deliberately been left in their original packaging to protect them from dust, marks, or accidental damage, as they were not required immediately. It’s simply not practical to fully unpack and inspect every door within a short timeframe when they are being stored for later use. When we reported the defects, the response focused entirely on the fact that this was outside their 48-hour reporting window. This felt both rigid and unreasonable given the circumstances. At least one of the faults is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the others were definitely not caused by handling or storage on my end, as the doors were kept securely and undisturbed since delivery. What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of willingness to properly assess the issue. Instead of reviewing the evidence provided, the case was effectively dismissed based on policy alone. Given our previous orders had similar issues (which were resolved), I expected a more balanced and customer-focused approach rather than a blanket refusal. Overall, the product quality has proven to be inconsistent, and the after-sales support has been particularly poor when it matters most. The lack of flexibility and unwillingness to investigate legitimate concerns has significantly impacted my confidence in this company. Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to place any future orders.

Customer service from leaders courier VIPdelivery is absolutely horrendous . Doors arrived 72 hours after first "guaranteed appointment " with nobody answering phones to talk to . I'd advise don't use these again

Poor customer service when the wrong doors were delivered. No urgency to put this right. When they did arrive there was a brace missing. 2 sets of garage doors and a single door all under coated twice and top coated twice and these doors have all warped. Parts are laminated and its falling apart. VERY poor quality fir the 1300 quid cost.

Door took far longer to arrive then dates given. Customer service slow (if reply even came) and evasive. Spent far to long trying to get answers in the end used Resolver (Martin Lewis Website). Door when it finally appeared was fine.
