Shocking quality, what was delivered was nothing like the quality of the showroom model.I think we must have received a second or factory graded model

I ordered 19 rolls of wallpaper with the intention of decorating three rooms but only 13 arrived. The 13 rolls had a mixture of shade codes and were very poorly packaged. I needed 9 for one room, 6 for a second room and 4 for the third room. There were 6 rolls with the same shade code and a mixture of others. Leekes said they only had 7 rolls of the wallpaper left but then sold some of them instead of saving them for me. I said I would keep 6 with the same code so I could at least decorate one room and Leekes arranged for Parcel Force to collect the other 7 which they did. After waiting a week and not receiving a refund for the 13 rolls, I phoned to enquire about when I would get my refund and they said they would chase it up. I am awaiting the money being transferred into my account. To give Leekes their due, Mr Perrin from Leekes, who was gery pleasant, did phone to apologise and sent me a £10 Leekes gift voucher but, as I would have to pay postage, I doubt I will bother.

Awful experience with its customer service, consultant and branches. The branch opening hours are jokes as it does not open as it states. The consultant was rude and late for the appointment. The customer service was bad as the phone quality was really bad. All the promotions are under certain conditions. I would stay away from this company for my life time.

Customer services from this company is awful. I brought a kitchen from this company, it didn't arrive when we were told it would be, it held up the project, and they incorrectly spec items and when we complained they blamed our fitters not the fact they had miss sold us items and lied to get the deal. No return to calls, and lied when we eventually got hold of someone

Kitchen Order (Coventry Store) - Sheraton Kitchen Range Initially we experienced a positive kitchen sales experience, but after the sales rep left the business we had nothing but problems. It's taken over 6 months and 6 separate deliveries to get all the correct items for our kitchen. We've had little or no communication with the management and no one took accountability for our order. Throughout the process - we've been told that we needed to pay more due to the sales person underselling, had our signature appear on paperwork with dates we never visited the store, had items missing which we had to buy and had to time and time again explain what we'd ordered. We've raised a formal compliant to the directors and they've offered us a £50 store voucher as compensation, pretty insulting based on the 6 days I took off work to receive the deliveries and the hours of time we had to invest to get the kitchen we ordered. We're now taking our compliant to the furniture ombudsman to try and find a reasonable solution. My advice - either use a company who specialise just in kitchens or buy something off the shelf. A shame as the Sheraton Kitchen Range is a decent product, I'd be pulling it from Leekes stores if I were them as the poor service reflects poorly on their premium product.

We had a new carpet laid down two weeks ago, and it is not as we expected! When you know nothing about carpets you would expect the employees trained on the carpet section to know more than you. Unfortunately the carpet they sold us was not what we had expected or discussed with them. We had carefully looked at the samples in store, talked with the colleagues at the store telling them what we did and did not want. The carpet was for the main areas of the house, downstairs walkway, stairs and landing and bedroom so it was important we got the carpet right for such locations. We discussed at length about the fact we did not want a carpet which would show every single movement, hoovering or walking, as these areas would be used the most and we wanted a carpet suitable for this. Due to us going to somewhere where they understood our requirements and telling us it would be suitable, to our horror when it was laid down it was not what we expected at all! We have now been trying for 2 weeks to talk to the manager at the Melksham branch where we purchased this from, and they still have not contacted us or come over. The smell was horrendous! No one at the store told us about the smell or gave us any warning of it, I have become nauseous and got headaches and now have had to move out of my bedroom due to this! Someone from the store came over to the house they day after, I described how I felt and how this was far from our expectations and she then only gave me a small slip of paper which warned of the type of carpet and the affects it can have on some people. Two weeks on and I’m still unable to be in my bedroom due to the way it makes me feel. If I knew about this before I would not have had it put in my room let alone the house. This customer service is truly unacceptable. When you go to a place in good will, hoping they would know more than you, and be able to advice wisely, only to palm you off, not get in contact, and not take any responsibility for misrepresenting something, is very unprofessional and we are truly dissatisfied and disappointed with the way this has been handled and now have a carpet which is unsuitable to live with!

Biggest mistake of our life to go to Leekes. Poorest bathroom installation you could ever imagine. Full of serious health and safety contraventions. Unusable and management don't care. Totally unhelpful! So stressful! Now battling to sort this out. 👎🏻

Terrible decision to buy a kitchen from Leekes, and even worse not to insist on getting everything agreed in writing (quite normal not to, they tell me). Pleasant kitchen design consultation turned into a nightmare when the kitchen appliances agreed upon were substituted for cheaper Caple ones, the delivery driver was 3 hours late, the worktops didn't turn up at all. Their customer care is worse than non-existent and seems to consist largely of suggesting I'm lying, and passing me from person to person so i have to explain from scratch each time, in the hope in going to give up and go away. One of the worst decisions I've ever made, think twice before buying a kitchen here

I purchased a conservatory from Leekes Melksham, I knew they were more expensive than the competition but I thought I was buying into a quality product. The whole experience has been unbelievable, dreadful, shambolic, laughable. The build was supposed to be 6 to 8 weeks, they completed after 6 months. I say complete, the finished product felt like a second hand purchase but as I expended too much effort on this matter I have accepted the imperfections. I have lost too much time off work and spent too much effort on trying to deal with the resolution of the problems. If you are considering going to them to buy into the quality offering then please think again, Leekes prices imply a quality buy but Leekes deliverables demonstrate market stall training. Stephen James Leeke; your company has lost its old values, stop counting the profits for a short while and have a look at what is going on in Melksham!

Bathroom from leekes- worst decision of my life. Cost a fortune and whole experience was dreadful, bad design, wrong parts, parts not ordered etc. Nightmare fitting took 3 months due to ordering replacements due to faulty plumbing which caused flood. Still over a year on having problems and customer service is not good. Even store manager does not reply to emails for help. Wrote to directors but tepid response & passed me over to customer care. There is a manufacturing issue with units but i Am being reminded they don't make the bathrooms so excuse, excuse. i told them they don'tmake anything they sell but they are still responsible. Very strange attitude. Do not buy a bathroom from these people. Soundsthe same for kitchens

avoid the Coventry site, took them 3 months to get my table and chairs in for me, couldn't even be bothered to call us when they had arrived. pick them up on Sunday and oh what a surprise the chairs are all different one is broken and they off us shop soiled chairs as a replacement. they couldn't even refund us our money as the head office does allow them to do credits at the weekend, was told I would get a call this morning to sort out the refund, guess what no call as of yet and is 2.15 in the afternoon. s I take it I will have to either contact them or go to the shop again which is about 10 miles from my house.

The Manager's 2 males again they need to be trained how to talk to staff and members of the public, I have witnessed them being rude to there own staff treating them like dirt. I was due to spend in total £4500 in the furniture dept and bathrooms but the way the spoke to me, I will not be spending my money in Leeks in Bilston. Please send the Managers on training how to be polite and heldful to customers

Terrible service. I have never complained before and yet having received the worst service from Leekes for both our windows and kitchen, I am here writing about the disgusting treatment we have received from Leekes..... To try to keep things brief, for our windows: After signing the finance contract paperwork and also having had the final survey carried out for our windows, Leekes contacted us almost 5 weeks later to demand an additional £1,100 or they would not supply the windows. To give context to the timeframe, we had been told to expect installation in approximately 6 - 8 weeks. Leekes then assured the windows would then be delivered within 10 days, a timeframe that they did not stick to. When the windows finally arrived, all of the windows for the front of the house were incorrect and didn't match our order. For our kitchen: Between placing our order and receiving delivery of the worktops, the worktops in our order were changed without discussing this with us. It took me raising this during installation before Leekes acknowledged we had been sent the wrong products. Initially Leekes kitchen department refused to remedy the error, and told us to accept the worktops or go elsewhere. Their customer service team became involved but, having delivered a further two sets of worktops to us, none of these matched each other and we were told we would have to wait up to a month to have matching worktops, or we should go elsewhere. We went elsewhere...! In addition, the sink sent to us was broken and needs to be replaced. Leekes had also not ordered the sink trap, waste pipe etc. For our lighting strips, they failed to order a transformer to make it work. A cutlery tray that we requested was not ordered. It is 5 weeks since we received the kitchen, and still we do not have a working kitchen.....

Happy to take your money but not communicate or trust the customer when they are in the wrong five times on one order. Failed to deliver after 8 weeks. 3 items appeared after 5 weeks but one item missing, failed promise to issue it quickly and then on second request the wrong item arrives (again slower than promised) and they won't replace until item received back (or after a big push) when in the hands of their agent - but they are happy to take the customers money and waste their time and not pick up the phone. Amazingly now the wrong item arrives again and refund will not be given until the customer ensures they return he item back. What do they say about it..." it's our policy!" What to mess up and then mistrust the customer but happily withhold the customers money for 8 weeks!

Items are WAY overpriced. I understand that stores have overheads but ALWAYS do a quick search on the web before you buy anything. Their "so-called" price match guarantee also isn't worth toffee! It has to be matched to another store within a 5 mile radius, a joke!

We recently purchased a G Plan lounge suite to the value of £8000. The Leekes delivery men had no idea how to put together the suite and claimed that the brackets of the suite needed bending into position. G Plan technical advisor inspected the following week and advised that the suite was fine but had been left by the delivery men in an unsafe position and could very easily have tipped over as it had not been assembled coŕrectly. Would never consider Leekes for a similar purchase again.
