“The books arrived well, so far it was fine. Unfortunately as opposed to pre-Brexit-times the delivery took much more days than in those days when Britain was still in the EU (also with two messages postponing the predicted date again and again, and also the originally predicted date was not that fast), and also it is simply more expensive now than before. These are Brexit-results, not the fault of Lehmanns.”

“Hi, I hope you take this as a constructive criticism. It doesn't make sense that you never pick up the phone. In the past few week I phoned you on number of occasions and I always end up sending you an email. Certain things are easily dealt with by a conversation ant not via an email. If I didn't need the Sidurim I purchased as a matter of a 'last minute situation' I would have gone elsewhere.”

“Books arrive without any problem. Just a very important thing, for this shipment I paid 73.30€ to Lehmanns. The carrier, UPS required before delivery an amount or 21€. Although because of Breixit, UK is now out of EEU, and it might be requested to pay VAT, that is now normal. But what it is not, for this parcel I didn't pay any VAT at all, 0£, but broker fees: 15£ + governemental fees?? 3£ = in Euros: 21€. So these books cost around 95€, that is 30% more that the departure price. So, for all strangers, be aware about this new regulation.”

“The print out of the order stated that a return label and a returns form would be enclosed within the parcel. On neither occasion did this happen. Delivery and executon of the order was first class”
