“Everything was quick and all right including due date of backordered items. But the package was poorly protected. Paper box was delivered teared and the books exposed in one corner.”

“Excellent service and speed of delivery to Europe so far (let us see after Brexit). Good choice of Jewish Books you cannot easily get in general bookshops, in particular Feldheim, Artscroll. They do not seem to offer Koren Publishers or OUPress, which I find is a loss, but those you can find elsewhere, and Lehmanns in this restriction cater for all types of orthodox readers, so good for them. The only reason to give a Good instead of a Very Good is that the contents of the delivery is often a surprise: Before unpacking a box, you only know that some part of the order is missing because you receive a (very timely) refund, you are never told what books are not included. That is a pity, because sometimes you order because you need one book in particular, and then you receive everything but the urgently required book. And there is a status about available stock in the online shop, but that seems not to be enough. I would expect to be informed if not at the time of payment, then before the package is sent out, because I may want to wait with my order for a few weeks until the missing book is back in store, to then order everything together - else delivery costs are too high.”

“Lehmanns has an extensive library and their service is exemplary. The items purchased always arrive as promised at the agreed times, whilst guarding Shabbat and festival (appointed times). Overall an excellent service.”

“Great service except one thing: I asked for instructions to be past on to delivery person- leave behind Wheely bin. BUT...they couldn't because it had to be signed for. Also no evidence of instructions. BUT.....as he left it at local post office I shall give instructions to leave there in future, if no-one at home.”
