“the online service was excellent, The delivery was not good. I paid more than 5.00 for next day delivery with clear instructions that the parcel in the porch, instead it was delivered a day later, at a neighbors house. I feel that i paid extra and it did not happen”

“Fast processing of order. Books arrived here abroad in no time. Very beautiful books and plenty interesting. If only they could do something about the prices thereof, as to make them more accessible to uneducated masses with an interest in unno teachings, but less given in to commerce, I'd be much obliged.”

“I am very pleased with Lehmanns. They have a wide range of sefarim deliver very quickly after order. The only thing I feel could be improved is that when certain sefarim go out of stock it can take a while to be brought back into stock. If there could be a way to let them know that you are interested in an out of stock sefer and be told when it's likely to be back in stock.”

“The service was excellent and product was dispatched the next day. However you have used Parcelforce. I was not home when they tried to deliver. Unlike other couriers, Parcelforce will not give you an option to deliver to a neighbour or leave the parcel in a safe place. I rescheduled the delivery but it was not delivered. I still do not have the delivery 10 days after you sent it. Please do not use Parcelforce - it is a disincentive for buying from you.”
