“Lemon Skin Care are absolutely fantastic! Their courier company however, (Yodel) are perhaps the worst organisation I have dealt with in 17 years of business. They have said they have attempted delivery twice to our fully-staffed reception desk, but they have not. We were present at the times they claim to have attempted delivery, and alas, absolutely no attempt was made. No vehicle even entered the premises at the specified times. Not only have they not even attempted to deliver, but they did not leave a calling card. Therefore I have paid for a product which I have not received. Further, they have repudiated any blame, telling me that it is the fault of Lemon Skin Care. I would happily make this a five-star review if only I would be allowed to receive the product I paid for. Please help me Lemon Skin Care!”
