“Just received my first order from this company . A very expensive skin serum with a super competitive price. Unfortunately it was smashed to pieces proving that free postage and packing means going cheap on packing materials and using Hermes! If my complaint is dealt with in a timely fashion I shall come back and revise this review.”
“I've still not received my order and had no updates from the delivery company (despite registering my mobile number and email).
I tracked the parcels online and it says that they attempted delivery, however there was no delivery note. When trying to re-arrange delivery, the website says I cannot because it's 'not been attempted yet'. Such a pain!”
“You sent a product with no decent packaging, it arrived damaged. I then had to return it at my own cost...because of your 'terms and conditions'. Very poor and inflexible customer service. I can send the email trail if needed. This was your poor packaging (no bubble wrap) this was not my fault and yet it cost me. Any saving I made buying from you was reduced. Won't bother again.”
“On receipt of my order I sent a query to Lemon Skin Care but did not receive a reply - I checked the internet re suppliers of Dermalogica Super Rich Repair and was very disappointed to find I had paid the highest price for this item - even higher than Dermalogica themselves were offering it at - I am disappointed to say the least”
“due to the packaging it was sent in, my product was very bashed around when it arrived and the box was completely ruined, i know the box isn't important but paying so much for it i would've expected it to come a bit better protected in more padded packaging.”
“I accidentally put the delivery dress as Road instead of Drive. I emailed them within 2 minutes of placing the order to say that I had done this and they said they would advise couriers. Package was delivered to the wrong address and via email I was told to pick it up myself, couldn't speak to anyone as they do not have a telephone line. Emails were abrupt and unhelpful. Ended up having to pick up the parcel myself.”
“waited over 17 days for order which it states you must before contacting them, to be told three attempts on delivery have been made (which is completely untrue, no evidence of this) to have someone say I will receive no compensation, so they have had my money for almost 20 days and I still have no product.”
We supplied you with the tracking information which showed the courier tried to deliver your item three times before returning it to us. We feel that the real issue here is the declination of compensation you wanted; which we were unable to provide since delivery attempt was made within the timescales indicated.
“This skin care company, whilst offering good prices, uses the useless YODEL as their courier; consequently my order is nowhere to be seen. I would not shop with this company again unless they changed their courier/delivery service. I've been waiting an unacceptable amount of time for my order, have not received a response to my email and there's no contact telephone number. Extremely poor shopping experience. Avoid.”
