“Ordered a dermalogica cleanser and the delivery company said it was delivered when it wasn't. Lemon skin care don't care either as long as they're have their money. Use another service provider that don't use Yodel”
“Dreadful service. Product packaged very poorly, security/authenticity seal from detmalogica not there but peeled off lemon skin care sticker in its place. Box old and damaged. I'm not sure it's authentic dermalogica and company refused to reply after first email despite my attempts to sort situation out.”
“The package arrived and the dermalogica box had been opened, and two of the tubes from inside the box did not have their protective seels on. When i raised this with customer service they said they would refund me if i returned the package unopened despite the fact that i had told them it had been opened. Very dissappointed and i will certainly not be reccomending this company.”
“There was no foil seal on my product when I unscrewed the top. I would have returned the product but I ordered it for holiday and didn't have time. Would not re order or recommend.”
“Terrible customer service; I'd expect more from a reputable company. The product arrive already opened (twice) as two seals were broken. None of the individual products had seals intact and, as a result, the products burst in transit. Had to contact customer service and didn't get a response, then a second time (a response two weeks after initial email) asking me to return the product for an exchange. This means I will have to wait almost two more weeks for a replacement so in all it will have taken 5 weeks for a new product and this in under the assumption that the replacement items will be usable.
Really, very disappointed with the overall experience.”
