“My box was damaged by the time it reached me although the products were still in tact . There were no free samples which was disappointing ( i spend over £70).”

“I have placed 3 orders with Lemon Skin Care in the last 2 months. The prices are lower than other major website, so no issues there. I would have rated the whole experience as "very good", but the delivery company Yodel has put a damp on the experience as there have been issues with the delivery of every single order, hence I have put a rating of "poor". When I emailed Lemon Skin Care to share my concerns last month, I got a 2 sentences response. When will businesses understand that the customer experience goes all the way from the placing of the order right through its delivery?”

“Quick delivery but the box was very crumpled and looked damaged. The seal on the box had also been opened but luckily there was a seal on the product itself which had not been. This was a gift and so I was very disappointed. I wouldn't use again.”
“Ordered a product from this company, received in a timely fashion BUT the products box was damaged and product was out of the box on arrival.
Emailed to let them know, no real apology (the item was badly packaged hence why it arrived damaged) but was asked to send item back so they could refund. Such a shame that they refused to pay the postage back for the item as a gesture but they instead refereed me to the t's&c's of regular returns (this was damaged!).
Shame that they didn't really care about a first time customer and have lost my future business.

“The price of the items I purchased was great and the delivery time frame was also reasonable. The overall usability of the website etc was also very good but the items arrived very badly damaged and although the content appears to be fine, these were intended as a Christmas present and if they didn't know me better they would probably assume these are second hand goods or stolen off the back of a lorry in their current condition.
The damage has significantly impacted my ability to rate you higher, I have raised a complaint and look forward to a resolution which will hopefully improve my mood!”

“I recently purchased Dermalogica Ultra Calming Serum as it was such a great price but when I opened the bottle, it was a slightly different consistency to what I have used before (purchased either direct from dermalogica or from a registered supplier on Amazon). I have read the ingredients on the back and they are also slightly different. My skin doesn't feel the same as usual either after having used it and I am wondering whether this is a genuine product or not.”
