“There was originally a slight hiccup as the goods had fallen out of the packaging. When I received the parcel there was only 1 of my 4items inside! But........it was all put right very quickly by Lemon Skin Care and I was sent the missing 3 items almost by return. The service was fast, price is good and yes, - I would recommend them to anyone buying Dermalogica Products.”

“Ok so this was my first order and I received the incorrect size - much smaller and I didn't realize till I'd open the security sealed packaging......I was going to just leave but the cost was a little over £40 I would of lost.......so I emailed not really expecting an solution or even an answer for a few days......... to my delight I received an email back within minutes and all was resolved straight away....will definitely use again....great service...Thank you.....very much appreciated”
