“brilliant prices, quick delivery. Only negative is that the packaging was rather bashed about when it arrived. a bit of bubble wrap around the boxes would resolve this! The products were for my own use so therefore not a big issue, but would have been if they were bought for a gift.”
“Terrible customer service; I'd expect more from a reputable company. The product arrive already opened (twice) as two seals were broken. None of the individual products had seals intact and, as a result, the products burst in transit. Had to contact customer service and didn't get a response, then a second time (a response two weeks after initial email) asking me to return the product for an exchange. This means I will have to wait almost two more weeks for a replacement so in all it will have taken 5 weeks for a new product and this in under the assumption that the replacement items will be usable.
Really, very disappointed with the overall experience.”
