“The pool table is great. The accessories are great. The only issue I had was the sales and distribution issues. Obviously covid struck so a 6-8 week delivery time (paid upfront) turned into 12 weeks. When this deadline passed I became frustrated. Lots of calls and emails later, it felt like they were juggling plates trying to please everyone but not deliver my order. A few minor issues further and a final email from myself quickly brought the drama to a close and I received the pool table. I understand the COVID situation did not help the purchase and delivery, I was just becoming frustrated with not getting an answer. Despite this the product is great. I would 100% buy again from your company. Hopefully not another pool table just yet though !! Looks great in my man cave Cheers !!”

“Customer service was very responsive to queries, table took at least 4 weeks longer than anticipated (8-10 weeks suggested) Now it’s here definitely worth waiting for!”

“Haven’t yet put multi games table up yet. So can’t comment on quality of table. Liberty games were very efficient and easy to contact. Delivery took a while. Was fine as wasn’t in a rush.”

“Happy with the pool/dining table although a there's a small imperfection on one of the cushions which I only noticed a few hours after installation. Steve at National Transportmaster was great although he couldn't guarantee delivery in the timescale stated by Liberty games. Only real negative is my spots and stripes balls which I ordered at the same time of the table (12 weeks prior) arrived 14 days after the table. I sent a couple of emails and waited approximately 3 days for a reply. I would recommend LG with 4/5 though. Thanks”
