“The service from the advisor was great but what I'm not happy with, is that the parts you use for football table which I bought are absolite. All I wanted were a few nut caps but as you use Imperial Nuts, I couldn't find them in any normal shop and then you charged me a rediculas amount for a few. Come on guys, you can do better than that.”

“The website detailed the product well and even had a video describing the product. I do think the website has an unprofessional aesthetic at times though, for example, the use of a clip art image of a man with a thumbs up when you make a purchase.”

“Punctual delivery. Easy to assemble but it takes time. We'll engineered item, except slots to feed ball into game. A few scrapes and chips on the product but I didn't mind.”
